What a bad realtor. They don't think along with you when there are problems, they brush everything aside. I wouldn't recommend them.

This is the second time within half a year that I have submitted a bid. Both times I wasn't selected, which is fine, but I haven't received any notification from eerlijkbieden.nl. There is absolutely no good communication with me, Lisa who quickly dismissed me, an uninterested Tristan who was only on his phone during the viewing. Both the system eerlijkbieden.nl and the staff lack professionalism. And if I were you, I would have eerlijkbieden.nl investigated because why do I not receive a result for the second time?! I am going to file a complaint with the NVM.

Difficult contact, appointments with the purchasing party only come extremely late, no answers to easy questions during viewings (energy label, type of neighbors, etc.). A bit nonchalant too, as if you're being strange and it doesn't matter.

If you are looking for a broker who acts honestly and with integrity, you should not come here. The bidding process took place via 'eerlijkbieden.nl'. After the closing of the bidding period, I was called to say that I had the best bid and that they would sell the property to me, so they would draw up a purchase agreement. A day later another phone call with the message that they had still received a bid which was 10k above mine and whether I wanted to increase my bid because of this. First congratulate and then call for a higher bid.. One thing is certain 'fair bidding' is far from being found here.

The office is incredibly disappointing for a buying party. For people who want to sell a house here, I would consider a better alternative. They show little interest, don't deliver the requested items, and have sufficient visitors; the house will still be sold. Twice (2003 and 2021) a great experience with selling and buying houses through Hooghlanden. A lot of work is taken out of your hands, not for nothing this broker was engaged a second time.

This broker engaged as a buyer's agent. Based on a no cure no pay principle. Good help and consultation are provided when buying a house. The website shows how many days after an intake meeting a house was purchased, which testifies to good results. Furthermore, the phone is always answered and time is taken to assist a client.

D Draaijers is a very pleasant real estate agent, he helped us fantastically. He is very accessible and approachable to ask about all matters surrounding the purchase of a new home. He took the time after the viewing to “walk through” the house again and discuss what we thought of it. He also carefully considered our wishes and whether the property met these or if this could be realized. He has a good understanding of the housing market and also provides realistic advice on the financial aspect. Even after we closed the purchase, D Draaijers maintained contact regarding the settlement which we experienced as very pleasant. Overall, we have found D Draaijers to be a nice man who uses his experience and expertise in a pleasant way, allowing us to find our dream house (in a relatively short time in the current market).

In our search for another home, we came across Draaijers Makelaardij. A real estate agent from Driebergen. Not that we were specifically looking in Driebergen, as we were orienting ourselves more broadly. We also looked in Zeist, Bilthoven, Soesterberg and a number of other places. Where another (larger) real estate agent responded with: 'I don't serve those areas', D. Draaijers embarked on the adventure with us to find a great new home, in a heavily inflated housing market. Because he has a strong financial background, we first looked at the possibilities with him, in the form of a financial scan. Later also the mortgage consultation and application done with him. Subsequently, we did quite a few viewings. To ultimately come across a super cool house in Tull. I dare to say with 200% certainty that we would not have acquired the house without his help. We would certainly have been more conservative with our bid. He knew how to ask us the right questions throughout the entire process, and challenge us on all sorts of things. Ultimately, we did all 3 steps with him together: - purchase - mortgage - sale Thank you very much for everything. If we move again in the future, ever, we will definitely contact you again! :)

I sold my house with Hooghlanden and bought a new one. I therefore used two services. As a buyer's agent, Hooghlanden helped me well. The first time, an offer had to be made very quickly. Hooghlanden then got straight to work on this. The second time, another offer was submitted with which we also obtained the house. The entire process afterwards went quite smoothly. As a selling agent, Hooghlanden also helped me very well. After taking the photos, things moved very quickly. Things were processed quickly and efficiently and within 2 days more than 30 viewings were scheduled! At the beginning of next week, the bids were neatly reviewed and they advised me on choosing the right offer. My property was sold well above the asking price through good negotiation. And soon after followed the signing of the purchase agreement and the key transfer at the notary etc.. Incidentally, I was kept well informed of the status of affairs in between, which I found pleasant. After selling my house, the buyer came up with numerous defects for which I was not liable. Even in this process, Hooghlanden supported me without hesitation, advised me and protected my interests. As a result, the situation was resolved neatly in consultation with the buyer and a long back-and-forth of accusations was avoided.

Consciously disrespectful, blunt, unreasonable, aggressive and accusatory, that's how I would describe the real estate agent I came into contact with. They apparently call it professionalism on their website. The agent acted as a buyer's broker in the sale of the house. After some (incorrect) observations, false accusations were made and threats were issued. Working based on trust and good intentions was unknown to him. Working based on threatening and intimidation is what he does. I would not recommend this real estate agent. In fact, if you are looking for a real estate agent who assigns the correct definition and meaning to professionalism, I would strongly advise against them. Fortunately, I have a large network of colleagues, friends and acquaintances that I can protect from using their services. Give me a real estate agent who takes care of things, treats both buyer and seller with respect, keeps appointments and is professional enough to also acknowledge when they are wrong.

Strangely enough, I try to share my experience about this real estate agency on other sites, but I suspect that the same real estate agency has influence on the posted reviews because I can’t see what I wrote appear. So now just at Google because there really is something to mention about Hooghlanden that you should know before entering into an agreement with them. My experience with Hooghlanden was good until the moment of the actual sale of my house. To begin with, a real estate agent came on the morning of the viewings who had never been in my house before. During the first viewing, the potential buyer and I had to look at the papers together to see what he was actually buying. This also took away from the ridiculously short viewing time of 15 minutes. Then the relevant real estate agent tried the key at the wrong door... so that gave confidence. I just left... fingers crossed. After all the viewings, I later heard from several buyers (who I personally know) that the real estate agent was more interested in his phone than in the buyers. I was even told that important aspects of the house were not even mentioned. Things like the existence of a shed (which doesn't become apparent unless you are told)... that’s quite nice to know as a buyer. After the viewings, it was always calling for information, which didn't come from them. And even then I felt like I was being annoying by calling. The entire informational piece didn't get any better after that. Zero initiative from Hooghlanden. Ultimately, the house sold itself and I believe that the capabilities of Hooghlanden did not contribute to it. Perhaps all the real estate agents are too busy to do their job properly, but this isn’t about selling a sandwich. I still have more things to point out, but then I would be specific and I would like to remain anonymous. All in all, I believe that there are better alternatives than Hooghlanden. For those who have read my story, good luck with the sale/purchase and I hope you can benefit from this.

Na onderhandelingen en een definitieve overeenkomst tekenden we een contract voor een huis dat geadverteerd stond als 110 m², maar onze taxateur ontdekte dat het huis 10 meter kleiner was. Broker doesn't show up for the viewing appointment. When I call after waiting 10 minutes, I am told that the broker is on their way. When I call again after fifteen minutes, I am told that the broker had left because no one was there (and I really did stand in front of the door). When I mentioned during that conversation that I had already called to ask where the broker was and received the answer that they were on their way, I suddenly received apologies. It's scandalous that they are still trying to shift the blame onto me! Looking at the other reviews, I apparently am not the only one.
