Terrible realtor. Does not respond when an interested party asks for more photos. I strongly get the impression that this realtor is unwilling to help Dutch people (despite what appears on their website). Discrimination.

Samen met de klant speelde Tayamara het spelletje door een appartement goedkoop aan te bieden en potentiële huurders te laten concurreren om de huurprijs. Uiteindelijk boden we 10% meer (2200 naar 2400 euro) en vervolgens negeerde ze onze e-mails en zelfs telefoontjes. Geen enkele communicatie. We hebben haar gebrek aan professionaliteit uiteraard opgevat als een afwijzing. Ik kan Jenter Real Estate absoluut niet aanbevelen. Ik ben benieuwd of ze in ieder geval op deze recensie reageren.

Taymara heeft me geholpen bij het vinden van een huurappartement. Haar service was uiterst professioneel en grondig. Ik beveel haar bedrijf van harte aan en zal zeker weer van haar diensten gebruikmaken.

Tayamara heeft me begeleid vanaf het moment dat ik de potentie van een woning inschatte, via het biedingsproces, tot en met de sleuteloverdracht. Absoluut een aanrader!

Ik had vanochtend een bezichtiging. Ik stond om 6 uur 's ochtends op om naar het huis te gaan. Ze hebben de bezichtiging echter geannuleerd zonder me tijdig op de hoogte te stellen. Ze hebben niet gebeld en logen aan de telefoon toen ik ze ermee confronteerde. De dame aan de telefoon, die naar ik aanneem de eigenaar is, was ook erg onbeleefd en had een onvriendelijke houding. Ik raad deze makelaar absoluut niet aan. Zo hoort een makelaarskantoor niet te zijn.

With four people, we rented an apartment together for almost a year. During that time, problems arose which required a quick solution. However, the real estate agent was difficult to reach. She made empty promises and acted extremely slowly, which in one case resulted in more damage to the apartment. When we were about to move out, it was again very difficult to proceed because we could hardly reach her (she promised to call back but didn't / asked us to call her back within an hour, but then made no attempt to answer the phone). She made contradictory promises to the people trying to move out and leave, and gave suggestions that had no basis at all. As a result, she caused a lot of confusion and extra work because we had to write many e-mails, make phone calls, and try to get everything in order. All in all, it was a quite bad experience. It felt as if we had to be paid for all the work that we did. The only factor that improved the situation was that she is a very nice person. Hopefully, she succeeds in improving the quality of service.

In oktober 2018 hebben we Jenter Real Estate ingeschakeld om de verhuur van ons pand in Den Haag te beheren. Het pand had een paar eigenaardigheden en het werd al snel duidelijk dat er wat renovatie nodig was. De eigenaresse van Jenter, Tayamara, nam de renovatie op zich. Niets leek Tayamara te veel moeite te kosten; ze deed echt haar uiterste best. Binnen een paar weken zag het pand er weer fantastisch uit en een week later werd er een nieuw huurcontract getekend. Bedankt Tayamara, een echte aanrader.

To be honest, I found the real estate agents quite rude. I wanted to view a house they had for sale. They gave me a few dates, but they didn't fit in my schedule. The agent said snappishly: 'Well, the house isn't in the 'sale'...', meaning that the owners weren't desperate. I suggested a few dates, but those didn't work out either. In the end, a date was found, but it was quite far in the future. The agent sighed. Then I asked if I could get the general documents of the house. The agent said that only serious buyers would get those after a viewing. This is very unusual. I've never gone to a viewing without first having seen the documents. I thought about this interaction for a few days and ultimately cancelled the viewing. I wish the owners much success!

I can't believe the attitude of the agents at this office. I emailed them through Funda to request a viewing, and they immediately called back (which is good), but unfortunately I wasn’t in the country, so I didn’t receive the calls. The next working day, the next morning, I was back in the country. I called them when my phone was on and I saw the voicemail, to ask if I could make an appointment. Here I was snapped at with an arrogant look because I hadn't answered my phone earlier. I explained why I hadn’t picked up and that I was away. Then I was asked when I could be at the property, which they didn’t like, and apparently I had a viewing appointment at 12:00 without knowing it (the conversation took place at 11:55). Making an appointment without me receiving confirmation by email or phone or anything similar. To then be so arrogant and dismiss me like a small child is unacceptable. I don’t care whether it's a seller’s market or a buyer’s market, I am not happy, I will not accept this kind of behavior. P.S. After my review, they did indeed call me twice. They ultimately called four times, as they mention in their response. I blocked the number because I don’t want anything to do with these people. As for damaging your company: you are damaging it yourselves with your outdated understanding of customer service. Thinking that you can force people to remove their reviews and spam their voicemail is not how I would proceed. Without even admitting that there was something wrong with your tone or manners. I stand by the fact that my review is still more accurate, given the measures they took after posting my review.

Selling your house certainly brings some tension. But the peace that real estate agent Aart van Stijn exudes removes a large part of that tension. For a fixed amount, you are completely 'untroubled'.

Levert taxatierapporten bomvol fouten, neemt geen verantwoordelijkheden en vraagt vervolgens om geld voor "extra werkzaamheden" terwijl die extra werkzaamheden fouten zijn die door Martijn zelf zijn gemaakt! Absoluut geen aanrader! Mist een professionele houding en is totaal niet zakelijk ingesteld. Geen oog voor kwaliteit, alleen oog voor geld! Samen met Cirk & Verhoog Taxaties & Consultancy heeft Martijn naar mijn mening de slechtste taxatierapport aangeleverd die ik in mijn ervaring heb meegemaakt.

Zeer goede ervaringen met dit makelaarskantoor dat een aanbeveling verdient! Taxaties zijn van hoog niveau en worden snel en professioneel uitgevoerd!
