Dramatic experience with Tweelwonen; if possible, definitely don't rent from them! We had a year of problems with the wifi, where responses to most emails only came after weeks and many reminders, and additionally every time it was said that a technician would come by, which we never saw. Upon handing over the house, everything was covered in dust, there were still belongings of the previous residents left in the house that we had to clean up ourselves, and we had to perform some repairs ourselves to make the house habitable (e.g., the loose handrail). In addition, during our rental period, we provided the property with more amenities at our own expense (e.g., installed an extractor hood, installed a new shower, and made a connection for a dishwasher in the kitchen), which Tweel subsequently obliged us to leave as is, but did not want to pay for. When we terminated our lease, we had a final inspection, and the condition of the house was clearly in much better condition than upon handover. In addition to the aforementioned upgrades, we did hand over the house clean, like normal people. Tweel still dares to deduct almost €90 from the deposit for so-called 'cleaning costs', while they couldn't do this before we moved into the apartment. I have emailed about this several times, but now simply receive no response. Easy way to make money like that. Tweelwonen, the rogues of real estate brokerage. Really never, but really never do business with them!

Since my rental property was sold and now managed by Tweelwonen, there's been nothing but trouble. I rent my home based on an inclusive contract. Now that Tweel can’t pass on the increased costs to the tenants in the building, they have decided to turn off the thermostat during the day. To the question of how this will work in winter when temperatures really drop, you simply get no answer because it apparently takes too much effort. Everything disappears behind locked doors and the only thing Tweelwonen is good at is sending admonishing Emails with rules and restrictions. DO NOT RENT FROM TWEEL.

The communication was really bad. I advise against this agency. If you are a tenant, do not work with them. But her style is really awkward if you are a landlord. In the end we tried to reach her to get our deposit back for a month. Kim said to our landlord: 'I am trying to reach them, but they do not pick up.' What a lie!! Stay away from this person!!!

I'm trying to call back politely, but every time they hang up. And apparently, the employee lady is ultimately also the owner. So if you want to rent a house, you definitely should NOT do it HERE! Communication experienced as very chaotic, having to send repeatedly requested documents multiple times, for the appraisal itself Mr. Timal was inside for approximately 3 minutes and seemed very rushed. The appraisal report took a long time and had an unrealistic market value, which has now resulted in a very challenging situation for us. After telephone contact about this, Mr. Timal stated that he found the finish of other homes to be 'more luxurious', this is a matter of taste and not relevant to an appraisal. Contact was very rigid and unpleasant. There's a very good reason why they offer cheap appraisals, don't waste your money!

Absoluut geen aanrader! Mist een professionele houding en is totaal niet zakelijk ingesteld. Geen oog voor kwaliteit, alleen oog voor geld! Samen met Cirk & Verhoog Taxaties & Consultancy heeft Martijn naar mijn mening de slechtste taxatierapport aangeleverd die ik in mijn ervaring heb meegemaakt.

Zeer goede ervaringen met dit makelaarskantoor dat een aanbeveling verdient! Taxaties zijn van hoog niveau en worden snel en professioneel uitgevoerd!
