I was first with another real estate agent in Den Bosch but thought I would give it a try here. I thought that with a small property they would just do it quickly but no, they took their time and didn't get anything done, but a lot of effort was made, many viewings, to find the right tenant who was ultimately found. What service! and my interest as a landlord is very well taken care of, Very satisfied with the way things went and they have indeed kept me as a client, Recommender!

Signed rental agreement in January: In the meantime, I've had to call and email 5 times to get my OWN rental agreement to convert it with the Chamber of Commerce. Nothing has worked so far, so hopefully this review will wake some people up.

Bizarre! I own 2 restaurants and a roofing company. Currently renting two storage units and a separate office. Saw a business unit on Funda which is rented out via RSP. After speaking with a friendly lady, I was transferred to “someone who handles that”. When I explained why I was calling, this person said they would note my number because the person doing the viewing would call me back. Okay, fine. “What are you going to store in that business building?” I thought it was genuine interest. After explaining that it was stuff from our companies and also private belongings, they asked about our business activities. I replied that we have two restaurants and a roofing company and a separate office. “Sounds all vague” said the person from RSP. It didn’t feel right, and I thanked the man for his time and will now continue searching. It's strange to be kind of offended while genuinely interested in a building. Doesn’t feel good to do business with.

Poor communication with Mike van Riet from RSP. Appointments are not kept. Constantly have to call back, no response. If you call a different number, it's picked up immediately 👍🏻…

We recently rented a second office building through RSP Malelaars. RSP professionally and very personally guided us in this process. In particular, thanks to Roy van Tiel's enthusiasm and creative input, we were able to reach a solution suitable for all parties again.

What you don't know when you take out your first mortgage. After a nice story via RSP, we took out a mortgage. Every year a check-up would take place and beautiful promises were made about expected returns. Now, 15 years later, we have never heard from RSP again after taking out our mortgage. It turned out that we had an exploitative policy with a now bankrupt mortgage provider. I must therefore unfortunately conclude afterwards that the initial advice, especially the promise to regularly perform a check-up, was inadequate and the agreements were not kept. So think carefully before letting this club advise you.

Recently, our advisor Roy van Thiel from RSP Makelaars has re-let one of our warehouse halls. He managed to find a good party with whom we have been able to build a very pleasant relationship. €1000 afgetroggeld want ik moest binnen een kwartier ( werd om 14.00 gebeld voor een bezichtiging om 16.00, en moest om 16.30 een keus maken) weten of ik het appartement zou nemen of niet. Aangezien de huidige woningmarkt nergens op slaat maar snel akkoord gegeven, maar als ik langer de tijd had gehad had ik dat uit elkaar vallende appartement nooit genomen. Daar gelijk de volgende dag ook van af willen zeggen, dat kon ook maar mn geld kreeg ik niet terug, ookal kunnen zij het de volgende dag weer verhuurd krijgen. 13-1: Als jullie aangeven dat ik een mail moet sturen en ik doe dat, misschien ook zo netjes om daar dan een reactie op te geven ipv de schijn op te houden.

Super fijn te woord gestaan kan niet anders zeggen !

Ik wilde een kamer huren. Ik werd teruggebeld en vroeg of ze in het Engels met me wilden praten, maar ze hingen meteen op. Vervolgens kreeg ik een e-mail waarin stond dat ik niet in aanmerking kwam voor een kamer. Dit is niet eerlijk.

Maken valse beschuldigingen, zijn niet transparant en denken vooral in eigen belang. Ik raad dit iedereen af!

Dankzij AdHoc hebben we vier jaar lang op een geweldige plek huisvesting gehad voor ons bedrijf

1x gehuurd, er uit gezet met 1 waarschuwing. Ik had “twee eerdere waarschuwingen” voor dingen die ik niet gedaan had, ik was niet eens aanwezig in het land en het bewijs getoond maar niemand luistert naar je. Medewerkers waren allemaal heel gemeen, ben naar geschreeuwd en onterecht namen genoemd.

Woon er met veel plezier

Kwamen afspraken niet na en ze registreerden niets fatsoenlijk. Ik heb een paar jaar via ad hoc gewoond, het is dat het zo goedkoop was, want man man man.

DON'T RENT THROUGH THIS REAL ESTATE AGENT An extremely uninformed "real estate agent" who collaborates with house flippers all over Brabant. It seems so nice at the beginning... But when you have had problems for a year already (mold, rotten window frames, etc.) and report this, you are blamed by him. I also sat for a whole month without hot water. If you point this out to him, he yells at you on the phone. In my 10 years of renting I have really never experienced anything like this before. Also lax and unpleasant when there are actually things that need to be resolved within the house where you also pay high service costs. No good words for this business.

What a bad real estate agent named Bastiaan. You were 10 minutes late. Too late and you are also discriminated against if you come from the west. He also made a nasty comment during the viewing. I had to call myself from behind so the communication was nothing.

I visited an apartment and showed immediate interest when I walked out. I didn't get a reply by e-mail. I emailed again, but still no answer. I tried to call, but there was no answer - I only got a message with the text 'send an sms', so I did that. Still no answer. It is now almost a week ago and I'm going to Pararius to check if the location is still available. Poor communication is an understatement, because there was simply none.

Had a good experience! When the property I was interested in unfortunately had already been rented by someone else sooner, Frank helped me by immediately suggesting other comparable properties as options, including properties that would be available soon. Due to the high demand for properties (in general), it's of course still difficult to get in between or qualify for a property, and reserving properties that will be available soon is also not possible, but Frank did look for alternatives as soon as I showed interest in a property, which I really appreciated! Initially professional, but after the end of the rental contract Frank chose the landlord's side (the notorious Mr. Huizinga) and I only got back half of my deposit due to their 'creative' interpretation of the notice period. Be warned! Response to Frank's answer: We signed a rental contract for at least 9 months with a notice period of 1 month, starting January 3rd. I gave notice on September 1st that I wanted to end the contract by October 3rd, adhering to all contractual agreements. The landlord decided unilaterally to keep an extra month of my deposit and you support him because you don't want to lose your job, which is scandalous.

I have a lease agreement with them. Frank was helpful and friendly, and everything that was promised has been fulfilled. I would definitely recommend them.

Mijn eerste indruk van Frank Reede was positief; hij leek professioneel, maar toen het erop aankwam, bleek hij resoluut de kant van malafide verhuurders te kiezen. Natuurlijk doet hij dat – de huurders vertrekken, maar de verhuurders blijven in de stad. Hij verhuurde mijn appartement aan andere huurders terwijl ik nog steeds de wettelijke huurder was (hoewel ik er al uit was), terwijl hij wist dat ik nog steeds de huurder was en dat de verhuurder niet met mij had afgesproken om mijn huurcontract te vervroegen en mij te compenseren voor de periode dat ik er niet was. Ik ben vandaag de dag nog steeds de wettelijke huurder van dat appartement, met huur betaald tot het einde van deze maand, maar de huurders die Frank heeft gevonden, wonen er nog steeds. Als professional had Frank een matigende, positieve invloed kunnen uitoefenen in een markt met een aantal malafide verhuurders. In plaats daarvan koos hij ervoor om dezelfde ethische principes en praktijken te hanteren als de ergste roofzuchtige verhuurders.
