Als er een 1000 sterren gegeven konden worden zou ik die zeker geven wij kunnen niets anders zeggen dan ge-wel-dig ! Wij gingen in 2023 ons eerste koophuis kopen via een andere makelaar , hadden we maar nooit getekend , Wij tekende letterlijk onze afgrond ! Na het kopen van een huis via familie helaas waren we flink in de maling genomen veel te veel betaald en met 2 kleine kinderen in een lekkend tochtend huis waarvan de verwarming het ook niet deed (het was zomer met de koop en verwachte dat familie eerlijk zou zijn erg pijnlijk maar waar ) Onze papieren waren niet eerlijk door gestuurd naar de bank en wij kregen veel te hoge lasten konden de bootschappen niet meer doen kinderen kregen eten via school en we probeerde alles om het huis beter te maken , wij zagen geen uitweg meer ! Na een ruzie om een rottend plafon, met een noodkreet gebeld naar kwantus, ze schrokken toen ze zagen waar we in zaten (jeugdzorg veiligthuis alles was betrokken) ronduit 1 grote ellende! Maureen heeft alles eerlijk aan gegeven bij de verkoop hoe de vork in de steel zat en hebben wij het huis kunnen verkopen aan een bedrijf ook om geen andere met de ellende op te zadelen en het huis op geknapt zou worden. Maureen en haar team hebben van bank zaken tot verkoop en aankoop alles gedaan om ons te helpen zelfs nog veel meer dan dat omdat wij door de bomen het bos niet meer zagen , ze zijn voorbij hun eigen werk gegaan om ons te helpen van materiaal tot steun , WIJ ZIJN HUN ONTZETTEND DANKBAAR ! Na onze situatie heeft maureen onze situatie uit gelegt aan een man die zijn huis te koop had staan , helaas had iemand anders ietsje meer geboden en waren we bang niet te kunnen verhuizen , ook de verkoper van het nieuwe huis gunde ons godzijdank een fijn plekje , ook de verkoper zijn wij dankbaar voor de gunfactor , Nu zijn wij 7 maanden verder , we hebben een warm huis gehad een douche die warm bleef kinderen die zorgeloos en warm in hun bedje konden slapen ik kon koken en afwassen zonder dat het water overal heen ging , we waren op en depressief toen we eenmaal verhuisd waren ,maar nu kan ik niet anders zeggen wat ik een jaar geleden niet verwacht had dat we dol gelukkig zijn allemaal, van dier tot kind ! Kinderen kunnen heerlijk spelen zonder gevaren ,jeugdzorg en veiligthuis is helemaal weg, financieel is het nu veel beter dragelijk en wat betreft verzorging kunnen wij onze kinderen alles weer bieden . Kwantes makelaardij heeft ons leven geur en kleur gegeven en ontzettend veel geluk Ben je door omstandigheden slecht van vertrouwen geworden en weet je niet bij wie je verstandig zit , ik zou iedereen kwantes aan raden ze zijn super mee denkend helpend eerlijk begripvol en lief wij kunnen niet anders zeggen en deze mensen hebben echt een plekje bij ons. ❤️🍀🏡
