Huis is vlot verkocht. Maar in hoeverre dat aandeel van Jur is geweest? Prijs kwaliteit niet in verhouding. Zelf veel initiatief moeten nemen. Bv. tekst 3x moeten meebeoordelen dan nog taalfouten. Vragen om huis op Funda geplaatst te krijgen. Foto's via fotograaf erg mooi en goede weergave huis. Jur reageerde wel snel op vragen opmerkingen van ons.

Makelaar met een realistische prijssetting, zodat potentiële kopers zich melden voor bezichtiging. Samenwerking met een heel goede fotograaf die samen zorgen voor een mooie presentatie, die opvalt. Makelaar gaf in het eerste gesprek goed richting aan wat belangrijk was in de presentatie als geheel. Contact met makelaar en zijn kantoor waren zeer prettig en ook valt de deskundigheid op van alle medewerkers.

Was van het begin af aan een warm contact. Snel en doortastend en geen ellenlang verhaal. Constant ons op de hoogte gehouden van belangstelling en biedingen.
