I have had a very unpleasant experience with this realtor. The owner, Eric van de Heuvel, discriminated against me and gave negative advice based on that. Mr. Van den Heuvel was very unfriendly in his communication, bordering on rude. Very arrogant and definitely not recommended. It has since been learned that at least one person has had a similar experience with the same gentleman. This realtor sold us a house with a commitment of underfloor heating in the bathroom, both verbally and in writing. Afterwards, it turns out that there is no underfloor heating and we have to incur extra costs for installing a radiator. The realtor is not willing to cooperate or accommodate us. Also, the list of items was not fulfilled, which means we had to buy extra things that were supposed to remain in the property. No professional conduct. Be careful of this realtor's promises!

A realtor (actually two) who thinks along with you, isn't bothered to view a million houses until you decide to buy, gives real advice and are just nice people, without smooth talk etc. If you’re too late to make an appointment for new listings on funda, they can often still schedule an appointment for you. Just don’t expect to find houses that aren’t listed on funda.
