Before the property went on sale, received good advice about what to do to the property for an optimal yield. Perfectly guided throughout the rest of the process. Good consultation beforehand about the strategy during the sales process and adjusted it at the right time. De Rooij makelaars realized a surprisingly high yield with that.

Ik heb een vreselijke ervaring gehad! Ze hadden een bezichtiging voor het huis gepland, maar verhuurden het appartement vervolgens. Ze vergaten te bellen of te mailen om de afspraak te annuleren. Ik moest letterlijk twee uur heen en weer reizen om hier te komen. Ontzettend geïrriteerd en teleurgesteld!

You have to chase everything. I practically took on the entire process, all the work had to be done by me and then still make mistakes everywhere in almost all documents, late for the viewing. And then having the audacity to ask the full price. VERY DISSATISFIED!

Mijn ervaring met het Makelaarshuys is zeer positief ! Zij zijn zeer professioneel en de communicatie, zowel per mail , whatsapp of telefoon , verloopt uitstekend! Verder zijn zij alert op het verloop van het verkoopproces en zijn zeer behulpzaam bij het beantwoorden van vragen en het oplossen van eventuele problemen ! Dus : kies voor het Makelaarshuys !!!

Contact verliep soepel en duidelijk. Er is rekening gehouden met mijn specifieke wensen. Als het mij toch niet lukt om op tijd mijn huis foto klaar te maken. Heb ik dit aangegeven en was dat geen probleem en is er een andere optie ingezet. Deze verkoop heeft mij hierdoor geen stress opgeleverd. Snel contact bij vragen via Whatsapp vond ik prettig. Korte snelle contacten en afspraken gaf hierdoor geen problemen. Ik ben gehoord en ondersteund en hierdoor heb ik geen stress ondervo…

Wij zijn op leeftijd en het was zo'n 40 jaar geleden dat wij ons op de huizenmarkt hadden begeven. Alle hulp was dus welkom en die hebben we ook gekregen. Wij zijn zeer tevreden. Zowel over de aankoopbegeleiding, als over de verkoop van onze woning.

Super fijne makelaar! Staat echt voor je klaar. De communicatie verliep erg snel en prettig. Ik zou deze makelaar zeker aanraden.

Ik heb een ontzettend slechte ervaring gehad gedurende 2024 met Irene van het Makelaarshuys. Ik wilde mijn huis eins 2024 / begin 2025 verkopen, echter adviseerde Irene mij om dit z.s.m. te doen en niet te wachten. Ik heb hierop vooraf mijn situatie besproken, dat ik tijdens de bezichtigingen en biedingen dan in het buitenland zou verblijven. Dit zou allemaal geen enkel probleem zijn, en juist handig uitkomen omdat het huis dan leeg en schoon zou zijn. Echter was de communicatie vanuit Irene puur reactief, ik moest notabene zelf vragen hoe bezichtingen waren gegaan, of er potentiële biedingen zouden zijn etc. Bezichtingen worden enkel gepland als het de makelaar uitkomt, en anders komen ze op een reservelijst te staan. Ook wanneer er geen biedingen zijn, wordt deze werkwijze gehanteerd, hierdoor heb ik het gevoel gekregen geïnteresseerden kwijt te raken. Ik heb dan uiteindelijk ook slechts 1 bod gehad op mijn woning. Ik heb over het geheel meermaals mijn teleurstelling uitgesproken en gevraagd om een passende oplossing, waarna ik werd gewezen op het feit dat ik er zelf voor kies om in het buitenland te verblijven tijdens de verkoop en ik naar mijn eigen handelen zou moeten kijken. Teleurstelling is een understatement van mijn ervaring met het Makelaarshuys en 1 ster is eigenlijk nog teveel voor de dienstverlening die ik heb ontvangen van Irene.

Google verstrekt geen IP-gegevens aan ondernemers, waardoor niet vastgesteld kan worden of reviews vanaf hetzelfde IP-adres zijn geplaatst. Daarnaast doet de politie geen onderzoek naar afzonderlijke reviews of meningsuitingen; dergelijke kwesties vallen onder platformmoderatie of civielrecht, niet onder strafrechtelijk onderzoek. Een eerdere review van mijn kant is destijds verwijderd vanwege de gebruikte bewoordingen, niet omdat deze ‘nep’ zou zijn. Het opnieuw suggereren van fraude of politieonderzoek zonder feitelijke onderbouwing bevestigt juist het patroon dat in mijn review wordt beschreven. Lezers kunnen hier hun eigen conclusies uit trekken. REVIEW: Naar aanleiding van een negatieve ervaring met dit kantoor heb ik destijds mijn onvrede geuit. Sindsdien valt op dat inhoudelijk correcte negatieve reviews structureel worden aangevochten of als ‘fake’ bestempeld, terwijl overduidelijk gefabriceerde vijfsterrenreviews ongemoeid blijven. Op elke terechte kritiek volgt bovendien standaard een verdedigende reactie in plaats van zelfreflectie. Deze handelswijze ondermijnt het vertrouwen dat men van een NVM-kantoor mag verwachten. Dit patroon is niet nieuw en doet zich al langere tijd voor. Gezien deze werkwijze ligt het voor de hand dat ook kritische reviews als ‘nep’ worden weggezet. Lezers doen er verstandig aan hier kritisch naar te kijken en zich niet te laten misleiden door deze praktijk.

Wij zijn op leeftijd met een gehoorbeperking en het is 40 jaar geleden dat we een woning kochten. Het team van Het Makelaarshuys heeft ons zowel met de aankoopbegeleiding als de verkoop van onze woning, fantastisch doorheen geloodst.

Voor Irene en haar fantastische en enthousiaste team is geen actie te veel. Communicatie loopt vlot, soepel en duidelijk. Als extraatje helpen zij mij, na mijn flitsend snelle verkoop, ook nog eens met de aankoop van een volgend huis en staat er een gratis verhuiswagen klaar. Inmiddels zijn wij bezig met de volgende plannen voor onze woning, wij kunnen weer terecht bij Irene en haar team. Ze werkt goed samen met diverse bedrijven, zo komt ze altijd met een oplossing. Wij zijn tevreden klanten en raden iedereen het Makelaarshuys aan! Arnhem of Tiel, het maakt echt niet uit. De koffie staat altijd klaar, net zoals het team.

Geen ervaring, want is moeilijk opdoen als de site er al zeker een week uit ligt. En je dus geen info kan inkijken. Zeker, al twee keer een woning tegengekomen waarbij hun bord in de tuin staat, maar op de site kijken voor meer info zit er helaas niet in. Zo slecht, we leven in een digitale wereld!

Met valse beschuldigingen en torenhoge huur maakt dit het toppunt van wat ik tot voorheen heb mogen mee maken in de huubranch. Mijn nichtje hebben we sinds kort "geëvacueerd" uit een van de panden. Absolute afrader voor iedere ouder die zijn kind een eerste zelfstandige plek willen bieden.

We have had no too good experience with this real estate agent. We viewed two rental houses with Petra, one of the employees of B&vL. Both times she was poorly prepared, she could not or insufficiently answer our questions and the information she did provide turned out to be incorrect later on. The communication in the run-up to signing the agreement for the second house was not good, we had to call everywhere ourselves. Also, we were suddenly presented with disproportionate costs that had not been mentioned before and upon inquiry about this Petra was very vague and laconic, even irritated by our questions. Moreover, we would only receive the contract after we had paid the (quite high) deposit. We therefore asked for a draft contract and when we finally got it with much effort, it turned out that also in the contract completely different (crucial) things were stated than had been verbally agreed upon. In short, an unreliable and not transparent real estate agent who does not want to make any effort for her possible tenants. We now know after inquiry that the way B&vL works is not as it should be. We are glad that we finally followed our gut feeling in time and did not go into business with this real estate agent. Meanwhile, we know how it can also be and have found a nice little house through a reliable real estate agent.
