We were well assisted during the buying and selling process by Hans and his team of skilled staff. A pleasant group to work with.

A very nice realtor is very clear and does their best for you. They keep their appointments and respond very quickly. You can be sure that they do everything possible to help you as well as possible.

Occasionally I heard too little from the realtor. Then I would only receive the information after asking, sometimes the next day or a few days later.

Very unprofessional real estate agency. Manner Hans has no respect for people. After purchasing the house, they are very unfriendly. The office is not liable for any of THEIR mistakes. In brochures of houses, they write information that later turns out to be incorrect. I buy a house with a built-in closet, which I praise during the viewing, but it turns out not to exist and the blame is put on me, the buyer. Think three times before using the services of this office.

I will absolutely not recommend this company. Hans is unprofessional and sweeps problems under the rug. First they denied the problem and then blamed us for assuming there would be a walk-in closet. When they showed us a house, they raved about how nice it would be to have a walk-in closet in our future home. Now they claim it was clear from the beginning. We've asked several times where someone told us that the walk-in closet would no longer exist? Dear Hans, It’s not about the 20 year old cabinet, but about the fact that there is no walk-in closet anymore. Maybe not much, but I am happy to share more information! Be careful, once you sign the papers, you are on your own.

WoonSchuijt Makelaars heeft in periode mei t/m augustus 2025 ons huis in Zevenbergen verkocht. Daniël en Richard hebben daarbij een hele reeks fouten gemaakt, met name in de weergave van de specificaties van ons huis op funda en de eigen websites. Daardoor kon ons huis niet worden gevonden bij het zoeken op bepaalde op criteria, zoals bijvoorbeeld tuingrootte. Alle fouten zijn door onszelf ontdekt, sommige pas na enkele weken. Daarnaast werkte dedurende de gehele verkoopperiode het telefoonsysteem van WoonSchuijt Makelaars maar de helft van de tijd. Uiteraard niet per se de schuld van WoonSchuijt, maar wel degelijk van invloed op de verkoopkansen. Al deze tekortkomingen zijn door WoonSchuijt erkend, maar tegelijk hebben de heren de invloed ervan gebagatelliseerd. Naast genoemde fouten is deze makelaar wel erg 'soepeltjes' omgesprongen met de voorwaarden in de dienstverleningsovereenkomst die er tussen ons bestaat. Zo nam men, zonder ons daarvan formeel op de hoogte te stellen, het huis van een van de kopers van onze woning al in de verkoop voordat wij de voorlopige koopovereenkomst van ons huis hadden ondertekend. Tenslotte vond Daniël het niet nodig om ons te laten weten dat hij de kopers van onze woning reeds jaren kende. Juist door hier niet direct en volledig transparant over te zijn, zullen wij ons altijd af blijven vragen in hoeverre het nu daadwerkelijk onze belangen waren die WoonSchuijt Makelaars heeft behartigd. Zouden wij, wetende wat we nu weten, opnieuw met WoonSchuijt in zee gaan? Absoluut niet.
