This company was the seller of my house. The selling real estate agent was very poorly informed about the condition of the property. For example, not knowing what year the central heating boiler is from. Also, the communication between the selling parties seemed flawed, because much important information that I provided to the previous owner was never communicated by the selling real estate agent. Just two months later, many serious problems arose in the house, such as lack of ventilation, poorly insulated walls and windows etc. Problems that would not occur within a month or two. Moreover, many neighbors of the same type of property confirm that these are known problems with this type of housing. The selling real estate agent was informed about the problems with the house, but disclaimed any liability and claimed they were not responsible for the condition of the house they sold. Now I am left with a lot of repairs worth thousands of euros and the selling real estate agent is in no way liable for failing to properly inform me during the sales process. Be very careful if you do business with this company.
