Pieter isn't a fast seller but someone who exudes trust, calmly, clearly and without fuss. Having his son Jeffrey take the drone photos probably tipped the scales to achieve a good sales result.

Be careful with Pieter. He provides false information to sell/buy a house at cost price. He uses an unusual commission strategy (1% commission + 10% commission above the asking price), which makes his approach suspicious and leads him to earn more commission. I am writing this review after having lost almost 15,000 euros because he gave us incorrect dimensions of the living space of the house.
