The tangible reason is that during the intake they gave a price indication of 439K, then you put it on funda for 425K without consultation, selling for 390K is obviously not worth a beauty price. Bad experience with the owner/broker During the viewing on Friday, we hardly received any information about the property. When we asked how the further process would proceed, we were told that there was no closing date and that we could simply submit a bid by email or phone. During telephone contact, we received a vague and confusing story. Apparently, another party had already submitted a bid on Friday or Saturday, which was initially insufficient. Subsequently, a counter-offer was made and accepted without informing us about it (we are talking about 0 working days). Nevertheless, he repeatedly stated that if it doesn't go through, I will call you! but also that the reconsideration period has already passed and it is final. And the house still stands “for sale” on Funda. No communication, no transparency. Everything was unprofessional. Not a pleasant experience. We won’t be using DE WEKKER Makelaardij again. Sidenote: giving the 1 star review shows a pattern.
