Firstly: if I have delivered the house in a 'very dirty condition', as you say, I cannot file a dispute because it would be my fault. I did not appreciate the way 'Valerie' handled my questions; I felt that tenant and owner were not treated with the same respect. Also, many deductions were announced after I left the house, not during the inspection itself. Later, when I disagreed with them, you transferred the responsibilities regarding the deposit to the owner, of which I was never informed in our pre-contract agreement.
