Within 2 weeks, both our house and that of the neighbors were appraised for sale by 2 different employees of Eveleens. Our house was assessed 25k cheaper than that of the neighbors while it had many more options, a larger surface area, and all amenities. The sale of both houses also showed this with other real estate agents. Our house sold for a significantly higher price. The employee was friendly and neat but there wasn't a professional process and we therefore didn't enter into an agreement.
