Not recommended. Appraisal in divorce case. Reschedule appointment without consultation, but then leave it for you to resolve. Backtrack afterwards, call it miscommunication and when commenting on that, they don't like the tone and no longer feel like dealing with it. Update following reaction: It is not fair or decent to reschedule an appointment without consultation. It is also not decent to hang up the phone and accuse me of wrongly accusing you while I have an email stating the rescheduled appointment. Fortunately, there are enough appraisers who do work properly.
