Contact with the real estate office Alders was great. The marketing department was very good. Unfortunately, the assistant realtor who represented our interests did not show up for his appointments and listened poorly.

In 2020 we were given the assignment to sell our house. As a result of poor communication, failure to take action, failing to keep appointments, the assignment was withdrawn. However, this action cost us over 1800 euros.

Indeed not reachable. The phone number on their site is no good. So I called pararius for the correct number. They also don't pick up. Not responding to phone calls or emails. Super unprofessional! Tw very sad for words. I really wonder why you do this as a job if no one can reach you! Waste of my (our) time! We also have a full anning next to viewings. Bah!

'Ready to move in' according to the real estate agent – provided you bring a level and snorkel. What a gem, this house in Schildwolde! According to the real estate agent, all you need is a lick of paint and you can move in. That’s right, if you don’t mind a marble spontaneously embarking on a world tour as soon as you let it go – that's how crooked the house was. And that mysterious water feature on the ceiling? Turns out it’s not a design choice, but a leak. Nicely modern, just like the wooden floor which offers a mini trampoline experience with every step. Oh, and do you want to schedule a viewing? Good luck! Jans Duit Makelaardij used to be reachable. Nowadays, you'd have better luck contacting a medium than their office. And then there’s the one on Oldenbarneveltlaan. For sale, out of sale, back in again... The house has more phases than an IKEA cabinet without instructions. Maybe it will soon be ‘for sale’ spiritually as well?

In one word: ridiculous. Saw a nice house on funda, responded to the ad. After not receiving a response for several days, I sent more messages and called multiple times. Received no response. Absolutely do not recommend this realtor; think twice if you want to buy a house through this realtor.

1 star is still too much for this realtor who is unreachable by email, phone, and SMS. Apparently never listens to voicemail and immediately gives the feeling of selling a house through underhanded dealings... Offering a house for sale and being unable to reach the realtor in any way, yet a house was sold subject to conditions… A bad situation that I myself would never do business with.

X months ago, I saw a beautiful property come by, immediately called and emailed, but received no response so I left a voicemail requesting a callback, called 4 times that same week but still no answer. Also sent a WhatsApp message to which I never received a reply. Subsequently, someone else (a man) had me call, who put quite a bit of pressure on him, and he eventually returned the call to say he could not help him. A bad situation this!

An absolute mess. Don't do business with this gentleman because he doesn't keep his appointments. Once had our house appraised and was going to come back to us. I've been waiting for 7 months. He is busy, has ADHD, there's no getting a hold of him, and he babbles on without letting you get a word in edgewise. A true realtor who only looks at his own profit with a flimsy sales pitch.

Verschrikkelijk bedrijf dat niet geeft om hun huurders en alleen maar uit is op geld. Schandalig om zo met je huurders om te gaan in deze woningcrisis. Absoluut GEEN aanrader.

Ze gedroegen zich zeer onprofessioneel door gedurende het hele gesprek niet transparant te zijn. Concreet: ik ontving het aanbod voor een woning van een van hun agenten. Ik heb alle benodigde informatie aan hen verstrekt, maar ik heb daarna geen reactie meer ontvangen. Ik heb meerdere e-mails gestuurd met vragen over de huurovereenkomst, en pas 3 of 4 dagen voor de verhuisdatum ontving ik een e-mail met de mededeling: "Helaas moet ik u mededelen dat andere kandidaten voorrang krijgen op de kamers in het huis." Dit betekent dat ze mijn plek aan iemand anders hebben gegeven zonder mij daarvan vooraf op de hoogte te stellen. Dit had rampzalig kunnen zijn als ik mijn contract met mijn vorige verhuurder al had opgezegd. Ik weet niet of dit voor internationale studenten of mensen in het algemeen geldt, maar ik zou in ieder geval elk ander verhuurbedrijf boven dit bedrijf verkiezen.

Erg onprofesssioneel. Slechte communicatie. Waar ze kunnen proberen ze je voor alles te laten betalen. Gebreken worden niet opgelost, of je moet er extreem lang op wachten. Als het even kan, huur dan ergens anders.

Ik huur dit appartement al tweeënhalf jaar en heb nooit problemen gehad. De communicatie was uitstekend en ze reageerden snel als ik vragen had of onderhoud nodig had. Alle problemen werden ook altijd snel opgelost. De makelaars/medewerkers waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Besides posting fake previews as also discussed in other reviews, this company is also simply an unprofessional business that often has no idea how to manage their affairs and finds communication with the tenant difficult (except for the annual maximum rent increase, then they know how to find you). Tampering with energy labels, unanswered maintenance requests, and making calculation errors with service charges (after which threats from bailiffs followed after pointing out these errors to the company) makes me want to avoid this business like the plague as a tenant. The feeling of leaving this business gave me was better than applying for a mortgage and buying a house. I wish every home seeker much success in these difficult times. However, I would certainly recommend this business if you own real estate and want to extract maximum return from it at the expense of your tenants.
