Wij zijn uitstekend van advies voorzien door chantal poot zowel bij de aankoop van onze nieuwe huis als bij de verkoop van onze oude woning ons oude huis binnen een een week verkocht voor een prijs die we niet verwacht hadden ook dank aan edo van der wouden die de hypotheek voor ons heeft verzorgd dus een dikke tien voor ooms . Huis vrij makkelijk verkocht met ingezette strategie. Inspanning daarbij niet heel zwaar geweest denk ik. Zelf sleutel naar het kantoor gebracht, zelf twee maal thuis moeten zijn voor taxatie en bouwkundige keuring ten behoeve van belang van koper.

Het contact verliep uitstekend en ook zeer snel zeker met de kijkers moet ik mijn makelaar bedanken om zijn kennis. En het vrij vlot verlopen van de verkoop van mijn huis.

Helemaal niet tevreden over deze makelaar. Onze contactpersoon bij Ooms was erg klantonvriendelijk tegenover ons als kopers. In het begin was het vooral pushen en druk zetten, weliswaar nog op een vriendelijke manier omdat ze ons toen nog nodig had. Zodra de bedenktijd voorbij was, veranderde haar houding volledig en werd de communicatie veel minder vriendelijk. Uiteindelijk zijn we rechtstreeks in contact gekomen met de verkopers, en van hen hoorden we enkele positieve verhalen. Tegenover de verkopers was ze blijkbaar wel vriendelijk, maar tegenover ons absoluut niet. Er werden afspraken ingepland zonder overleg. Zo stond er ineens een afspraak voor de eindinspectie gepland, die daarna ook nog eens zonder overleg werd gewijzigd. Daardoor konden wij uiteindelijk niet aanwezig zijn bij de eindinspectie. Toen we later het verslag ontvingen, zagen we zelfs dat er in onze naam was getekend om de inspectie af te ronden. Deze makelaar lijkt vooral vriendelijk tegenover de verkopers, vermoedelijk omdat daar het geld vandaan komt, maar zeker niet tegenover de kopers. Ik raad deze makelaar dan ook absoluut niet aan, tenzij je potentiële kopers van je woning wilt afschrikken.

Wij hebben helaas een zeer negatieve ervaring gehad met Prins Makelaars tijdens de aankoop van ons huis. Er waren meerdere onjuiste en tegenstrijdige informatiepunten over de woning en toen wij hierachter kwamen werden onze klachten weggewuifd en niet serieus genomen en later werden we (onze advocaat) zelfs genegeerd. De woning werd o.a. 11 procent groter werd gepresenteerd. Bewust, want later bleek dat ze wel een meetrapport hadden (deze dook op tijdens onze taxatie, en dat is enorm schrikken gezien de invloed van m2 op woningwaarde). We waren al gewaarschuwd door bekenden dat deze makelaar zeer onbetrouwbaar is en helaas is dit waar gebleken. Uiteindelijk is er gelukkig een financiële overeenkomst bereikt maar de stress van de juridische nasleep is ons niet in de koude kleren gaan zitten. Als je toch interesse hebt in een woning die bij Prins Makelaars te koop staat raden we je aan om alles wat deze makelaar zegt driedubbel te checken of een aankoopmakelaar in te schakelen. Om positief af te sluiten: inmiddels wel blij met ons eerste huis!

That creates a misleading image of the total area. In short; one attic suddenly became two attics... We repeatedly tried to resolve this in a normal way, but were not taken seriously. In the end, we received compensation after a long and stressful mandatory legal process. That, in our opinion, says enough about the situation. Our tip to future buyers: double-check everything, really everything! Fortunately, we now enjoy our home, but our experience with Prins Makelaar was utterly disappointing.
