We went to view a property that was being sold by OZP. The brochure stated that there was no visible damage to the kwaaitaal floor, and when we asked about it during the viewing, we were told that the real estate agent himself had been in the crawl space to confirm this. However, we didn't trust it, and an official inspection was carried out. It turned out that there was indeed damage, and the costs for repairing it were over 4500. Quite a significant amount not to mention. When later it also appeared that there was damage to the skylight, which was also not mentioned in the brochure, we decided not to make an offer. They haven't updated the brochure for the property yet. So if you are interested in a property from OZP, I would definitely be careful and have a good inspection done before making an offer! And as a seller of a house, I would choose a different real estate agent. This kind of thing really scares off potential buyers.

Zeer teleurstellende ervaring! Ik had een afspraak voor een woning bezichtiging, maar deze verliep allesbehalve soepel. Bij aankomst werd de deur niet op tijd geopend, omdat er nog andere mensen binnen waren. Het leek erop dat de bezichtigingen strak achter elkaar waren gepland, zonder rekening te houden met de tijdsplanning. Dit gaf een onprofessionele en chaotische indruk. Daarnaast heb ik via Move.nl een bod uitgebracht en na het doen van een eindbod, waarvan de deadline op maandag om 12:00 lag, heb ik helemaal geen reactie gekregen. Inmiddels zijn we twee weken verder, en tot mijn verbazing zie ik vandaag dat het huis onder voorbehoud is verkocht. Dit is zeer onprofessioneel en respectloos naar geïnteresseerden. Ik raad dit absoluut niet aan.
