'She didn’t have time for that' Despite the fact that we have been looking for a house to buy for some time, I have never met such an arrogant real estate agent! From the moment we got out of the car, a very unpleasant atmosphere arose. We were 6 people and wanted to go inside in groups of 2 independently. Mrs. the real estate agent didn’t have any time for that at all; she only had half an hour. When we indicated that 10 minutes per 2 would also be fine, she wouldn't cooperate either. She didn’t have time, Mrs. the real estate agent. Out of desperation, we just left without viewing the property!

As a starter on the housing market, after searching for a long time, I finally found an apartment that was still available and where I could schedule a viewing. I was helped by Julie, which I experienced as pleasant. Julie gave me a professional impression and she knew all the ins and outs of the property. Info about the VVE (Homeowners Association), construction plans in the area, advance payment for heating costs, and the history of the building. Basically everything you need to know. Anyway, I made an offer and bought the apartment. Also, during the process, measurement moments and extra viewings were no problem, and here too I was helped kindly. Later, during the handover of the garage box, there was something wrong. The garage box differed from the viewed garage box in terms of finishing level. The real estate agent could not have known this because the keys were not available from the selling party. No hassle, no complaints, Mr. Kooyman himself proactively contacted me and came by within 48 hours with a contractor to assess and discuss how the problem could be solved. We are now 3 weeks further and the contractor has finished and panelled the garage box at top level. Friendly people who also updated some points in the house. What an arrogant woman works there, we had a house viewing and she acted as if we wanted to steal something from the house, we absolutely had to start from upstairs and follow her when she wanted, she didn't let us look properly because she had to talk so much you had to listen to her, it seemed like she was hiding something. Inexperienced arrogant woman. I hope for the people that they don't get her during a house viewing.

Although we were satisfied with the advice and guidance from Rob when purchasing our first house, the experience with our second house was downright bad. After the purchase, it turned out that 35,000 euros too little mortgage had been requested, forcing us to cover this amount ourselves. To get our money back, we were forced to take out a new loan at a significantly higher interest rate. Rob refused to take responsibility. We could never have prevented the mistake ourselves, because the 35,000 shortfall was only visible in a document in his system that we had never seen before. He doesn't respond to emails or phone calls, and he only answers if you call from an unknown number. After a long battle, we finally ended it with great dissatisfaction. More than 14 months after the purchase, we discovered that the appraisal invoice had never been paid. This should have actually appeared on the final statement with the notary. This entire experience with Rob has cost us tremendous stress, time and money. We look back on this period with deep disappointment.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Spent 14 months working with a second mortgage. Rob Bakker is not available by phone, forward email 1 to 1 from the lender. You have to chase things yourself because yes, industry jargon?! And what do you even need to submit??. He repeatedly fails to review the documents we provide and you hear 5 weeks later that a box wasn't ticked. That could continue for a while. And through our experience, we now also know that we are not the only ones who are dissatisfied with his unprofessional work and negligence. But above all, his unavailability has caused so much frustration. Once paid (because yes, he does pursue his own money) customer friendliness is nowhere to be found.

I had a very disappointing experience with this real estate agency. I was looking for a space and finally found something through them. From the beginning, they asked for all sorts of documents, which I neatly and on time delivered. Every time, I was told that everything was in order and that it looked good, which gave me hope that it would come through. After multiple contacts (every x I had to follow up myself) and promises that it would work out, I eventually heard after 2 months that it wasn't going to proceed. I would have liked more honest and clear communication from the start, instead of constantly getting false hope. Very sorry and frustrating.
