De makelaar was vriendelijk en deed zijn best. . Soms werd er een actie ondernomen zonder overleg. Dat was minder maar als ik belde wed dit direct gecorrigeerd.

We viewed a property through this real estate agent and I didn't find the viewing pleasant. Not hospitable, not friendly, not inviting. The realtor was also late. Also called for more information about this property and here too not friendly, not knowing much about the property. I wouldn't sell or buy a house with them. They are after all not fast-selling items but houses of very much money.

We visited a property through this realtor and they were late for the appointment. Poor viewing, no friendliness, not welcoming, and also knew little about the property. Our own realtor also had an appointment to view the property and it was cancelled on the day itself. Our realtor wanted to know more information about the property, but found it difficult to obtain or even didn't receive it.

It's very unfortunate to read that the reviews are true! Weeks spent negotiating an apartment, then a 'problem' is discovered, which was known from the beginning. Then you have to painstakingly communicate that the rental cannot go ahead after 4 weeks of negotiation and there’s not even a response to the email. Very unprofessional. It’s a shame how people are treated like this.

Really knew nothing about the house they wanted to rent. One time they said single pane glass only, the other time it was suddenly double glazed. They said a parking permit could be applied for, which wasn't true either. Communicating is difficult...

Last year, we started renting a property through Boogerman. At that time, we paid unjustified rental brokerage costs (contract costs). This was not mentioned beforehand by Boogerman. I later heard this from my landlord. Legal entities have confirmed the above. After a friendly request to Boogerman to still refund the amount, no response is received. Please note! When signing a rental agreement with Boogerman, first check whether the contract costs/brokerage costs have already been paid by the landlord. This way you will not be faced with unjustified financial disappointments!
