Hij had zich heel goed voorbereid en aan de hand van een specifieke en treffende marktanalyse voor onze woning, omgeving en doelgroep hebben we samen een strategie gekozen. Het team dat hem (op de achtergrond) ondersteunt is vlot en ter zake kundig waarbij met name fotograaf Yoeri ook complimenten verdient! Een pakkende presentatie op internet en binnen één week was de verkoop rond. Net als de 'formele' zaken daarna zoals koopovereenkomst en inspectie- en overdrachtsafspraken. We even asked a quite reasonable price for an apartment on the advice of the real estate agent because there would then be many overbids, but unfortunately that didn't happen. Heartfelt thanks for the feedback, we have reviewed this further with you by phone. There was sufficient interest with 17 viewings and the apartment also sold above the asking price. The expectation that there would be significantly higher bids has not been met by the market in this case. However, we did not know this beforehand either. It is wonderful that this beautiful apartment will once again become a nice place for a new resident.
