Wij hebben in onze zoektocht naar een woning behoorlijk wat verkopend makelaars gesproken, en daardoor ook goed kunnen vergelijken, maar Kjell (Makkes van der Deijl) wist er echt bovenuit te steken. Vanaf het eerste moment maakte Kjell een sterke indruk. Kjell was netjes op tijd (altijd een goed begin), vriendelijk en zichtbaar enthousiast; geen glad verkooppraatje tijdens de bezichtiging, maar iemand die oprecht en in oplossingen meedacht, zonder dat het geforceerd voelde. Hij kwam tijdens de bezichtiging en tijdens het daarop volgende proces eerlijk en betrouwbaar over, wat in deze markt toch wel verfrissend is. Wat we daarnaast waardeerden, was zijn open houding. Geen vraag was Kjell te veel, hij stond open voor uitleg en als informatie ontbrak, deed hij zichtbaar zijn best om dit snel boven tafel te krijgen. Daarnaast was hij telefonisch goed bereikbaar: laagdrempelig en snel in contact, wat prettig werkt in een vaak toch wat gehaaste woningmarkt. Gewoon even bellen en je werd direct geholpen, zoals het hoort (maar helaas niet altijd vanzelfsprekend is). Kortom: een makelaar die zijn vak serieus neemt, maar het ook menselijk houdt. Afspraken werden nagekomen en het contact verliep duidelijk en correct. Mocht je een woning bezichtigen waarbij Kjell betrokken is, dan kun je rekenen op een positieve ervaring.

De makelaars waren vakmensen en de backoffice was goed georganiseerd en accuraat. Kortom een fijn proces waarbij ons huis binnen 2 weken verkocht is. Een aanrader dus.

Ons huis heeft ongeveer een jaar te koop gestaan, wat soms best spannend was, maar Majoor makelaars bleef altijd positief en gaf niet op.
