They only handle the smallest jobs and fix them with uninformed men. You pay too much for the quality that is delivered. No door or window can be properly closed, so a lot of heat is lost in winter, which means we have to pay extra despite rarely turning on the heating. Fixing a clog and repairing the damage (peeling ceiling with water stains and unusable mattress) has already taken 5 months. They've sent three different men to paint. But there's no communication between Groningen properties, client, and contractor. As a result, it takes thirty times longer than necessary. The last person who came by was a handyman approached on the street or he just wanted to drop by.

After two less pleasant experiences with previous moving companies, I absolutely have nothing negative to say about this company. They are always ready to help and efficiently resolve any issues.

Poor communication and does not keep appointments.

Bad experience with handover (both times) and also the contact is extremely difficult. Upon receiving the keys, agreements were not kept. A professional cleaning was supposed to take place, but there were still food remnants on the floor, mold in the refrigerator and bathroom, and leftover food in cupboards. The installer for the central heating boiler came for the annual inspection, pointed out that these boilers are incredibly dangerous and advised replacing them. This was reported, but nothing was done about it. They were even contradicted. When handing over the apartment, a deposit is withheld without a legally valid reason. To this day, no proof of 'damage incurred' has been seen. A bad experience in every area, a shame because the apartment was very pleasant to live in.

Really don't go into business with them, not a nice broker! Totally no pleasant experience with them, sluggish contact and doesn't keep appointments.
