The collaboration with this person is difficult. He calls late to say he will be late for your appointment, which complicates appointments and planning. Furthermore, he doesn't bring any paperwork or supporting documentation, but bases everything solely on his own experiences. In conversations, he tends to agree with everything quite often, without clear input or a critical perspective. Regularly, he emphasizes how much I would make him think of himself, which is sometimes more of a distraction than an addition to the work. Overall, he seems to rely more on his charm and appearance than on actually delivering substantive work.

Te vermijden. Ik wil graag een bezichtiging inplannen en waarschijnlijk ook een bod uitbrengen op een woning die ze te koop aanbieden. Hun vertegenwoordiger, Jurgen, heeft na een eerste "Ik neem contact met u op" niets meer van zich laten horen. Volgens de advertentie op Funda is het bieden nog niet eens begonnen. Plan een afspraak in of laat me weten als er geen tijd meer beschikbaar is.

Gebeld om een woning te bezichtigen, bezichtiging afspraak zou volgens de telefoniste pas volgen week kunnen. De volgende dag deel ik de site met me vriendin. En tot mijn verbazing kan je geen afspraak maken, zit namelijk vol. BELACHELIJK! Telefonisch bericht achtergelaten met de vraag hoe dit nou kon. Ik heb namelijk mijn gegevens achtergelaten. Tot op het heden geen gehoor. Het is al moeilijk genoeg om een woning te vinden, met zulk soort praktijken al helemaal!
