Op 26 maart 2026 had ik een afspraak met verkoopmakelaar Desiree om 14.00 uur, die per e-mail was bevestigd. Twee dagen voor de afspraak heb ik een e-mail gestuurd met de vraag of de afspraak op dezelfde dag op een later tijdstip kon plaatsvinden. Ik heb aangegeven dat als dat niet mogelijk was, 14.00 uur ook goed zou zijn. Helaas heb ik nooit een reactie ontvangen op mijn verzoek. Op de dag van de afspraak was Desiree er om 14.00 uur niet, wat erg teleurstellend was. Mijn tijd werd verspild en ik kreeg geen uitleg of follow-up."

After a quick phone call and email to request the service, including the object (property address) and details of the selling realtor, we promptly received an answer that the appraisal was scheduled with the seller! That is fast service! Also very smooth communication throughout the entire process and certainly via confirmation of the assignment through NVMI. In 2009 through Broring Makelaar I bought a house in Almere. The housing brochure stated a Living space of 165m2. Due to the sale of this property, measurements have just been taken and the correct living space is 136m2. A big difference!! I contacted Broring Makelaar about this. But he states that at that time these measurements were done by an external Ltd., and that Broring Makelaar can do nothing and does not take responsibility to acknowledge this huge error/fraud. We are currently dealing with this unpleasant situation legally. My advice for people who ever bought their house through this real estate agent is to have their property re-measured.
