We came into contact with this broker as a selling agent. As the buying party of a property, they have given us an extensive tour of the property and so far we have always been helped quickly and kindly with our questions. In that respect, communication is going well and what we also appreciate is that they think along with us. Top!

This broker has a property for sale via Funda, which was designed for an empty lot (photo funda). Simple questions by phone such as: “is the house already under construction” could not be answered. For that, one really had to first contact the seller, very peculiar. When I pointed out that I expected a realtor to have that info, it was stated that all information available was on the internet. In other words, check Funda and don't bother us. Subsequently sent an email with several questions. After 5 days still no response (there was a weekend in between). Curious to see, but doesn’t inspire much confidence. Update 04-02-2020: Still no answer to a few simple questions.

One star because you send flyers, which is unwanted. Preferably don't do this, or otherwise keep it per house and check yourself if it is wanted. In response to your post: Are you sending unwanted flyers and then I have to indicate whether I want to receive them or not? That’s the opposite world. I simply don't appreciate that and that is my right. Otherwise, I could start contacting all of Almere to see if they want to receive their flyers or not. In October 2020 I entrusted the appraisal of a property we wanted to purchase in Filmwijk, Almere to Erik Oerlemans Makelaardij. After a quick phone call and email to request the service, including the object (property address) and details of the selling realtor, we promptly received an answer that the appraisal was scheduled with the seller! That is fast service! Also very smooth communication throughout the entire process and certainly via confirmation of the assignment through NVMI. We were unable to be present at the appraisal due to corona rules (there was also a large resident family at the seller's), but the obtained appraisal report was very detailed and drafted smoothly, thank you for that! In 2006, we sold our house in Almere Buiten through Erik Oerlemans. Now 13 years later, we still look back on how professional he already was then.
