Please do not rent a property from Van Der Linden. The rental department of this real estate agent is only reachable on Wednesday. Outside these days, you will speak to a somewhat grumpy receptionist who doesn't care about it. For an 18 m2 apartment I already pay a rather expensive rent and then you at least expect that someone is available for rental questions and/or problems. This real estate agent is below the bare minimum.

If you rent a house through Van der Linden, they make it clear that you are just a product to them. Leak in the water? They couldn't care less. No electricity in the house? They couldn't care less.
