Heel gek gelopen, op een vrijdagmiddag een prachtige woning voorbij zien komen in Almere Poort aan het water. Ik belde Jeroen (kende hem niet). Heel spontaan gesprek gehad aan de telefoon en een afspraak gemaakt voor een bezichtiging, dit kon al heel snel. Uiteindelijk was deze woning te klein voor ons. Tijdens de bezichtiging erachter gekomen dat Jeroen niet alleen makelaar is maar ook aankoopmakelaar. Ik heb hem een week later opgebeld omdat ik een nieuwe woning te koop zag staan in ons geliefde Almere Duin. Jeroen gaf aan de makelaar te kennen (een makelaar uit Soest dus ik verwachten niet dat hij iets voor ons kon betekenen) maar ik was blij verrast na enkele minuten te horen dat er al een bezichtiging gepland stond! Zo is het balletje gaan rollen. Een week later hadden we een nieuw huis!! Jaren lang zelf geprobeerd om in Duin te komen wonen maar iedere keer weer teveel animo voor de woningen en weer werden we het niet... Nu we het waren geworden moesten we nog wel "even" twee huizen verkopen. Jeroen was zo snel in contact en we voelde ons zo vertrouwd bij hem dat we onze beide huizen aan hem toevertrouwde te verkopen. Niks was Jeroen teveel en er was geen stop op bezichtigingen. Tientallen bezichtigingen verder en een snelle follow-up konden we al snel zeggen; beide woningen zijn succesvol verkocht. Jeroen, Bedankt voor alles!!
