We haven't had a good experience with this real estate agent. When we put our house up for sale, I had to rewrite the description myself and then push the agent to get the photos posted on Funda. After the house was sold, we heard nothing more from the agent and I had to chase after the company to arrange an appointment with the buyers on the day of the sale. During the key handover, the agent didn't bother to walk through the house with the buyers. Finally, it is customary for the real estate agent to go with both parties to the notary. However, I was told on the day itself that she had another appointment and therefore would not be going with us. Absolutely not recommended!

The offer for the house had to be submitted via an email, which I did not receive confirmation of; after calling, I was told it would be processed, but a few days later I called again about the status and apparently something went wrong again and they forgot to send an email. I found their treatment by the real estate agent very unprofessional without any insight into their working method.
