My husband and I went to view a ground floor apartment this morning at Havensingel 73. We had a very bad experience with real estate agent Jacques de Koster. I have never encountered such an arrogant person as a real estate agent. He decided for us whether it was something for us. Jacques de Koster is not recommended.
