My husband and I went to view a ground floor apartment this morning at Havensingel 73. We had a very bad experience with real estate agent Jacques de Koster. I have never encountered such an arrogant person as a real estate agent. He decided for us whether it was something for us. Jacques de Koster is not recommended.

Geachte mevrouw Diepens, Wat vervelend dit te lezen. We hebben inderdaad vandaag met u en uw man naar deze benedenwoning gekeken en ook samen geconstateerd dat deze woning simpelweg te klein is voor uw woonwensen. Toen u daarop opperde in het Paleiskwartier verder te willen gaan zoeken, heb ik aangegeven dat de woningen hier ook niet bij uw wensenpakket zullen passen. Mijn oprecht bedoelde suggestie om even met de verhuisplannen vanuit uw ruime, vrijstaande woning te wachten, totdat de kinderen niet mee hoeven te verhuizen en een wat kleinere woning voldoet, is u kennelijk in het verkeerde keelgat geschoten. Dat is bijzonder spijtig en voor mij onverwacht. Mijn suggestie had niets met zelfingenomenheid te maken, maar alles met mijn kennis van de woningmarkt en empathie voor u als woningzoekende. Ik heb zonder succes een aantal keren geprobeerd u hierover te bellen. Dat werd helaas niet beantwoord. Mocht u hierover toch nog even verder willen praten dan kan dat uiteraard altijd.
