Very special, property on funda business: called once, responded once via funda. The real estate agent called me back on Friday after an information request, I was in a meeting and told him that too, nothing more heard, after which he indicated that day he no longer had time and would call me back on Monday. Nothing more heard.

Eric thinks along with possibilities, has a large network, including of people looking for homes, and can often quickly make a match. Good insight into the potential market, flexible so that the wishes of sellers and potential buyers can be accommodated. During the sale of our house, we encountered a small bump which caused the signing of the purchase agreement on our side to be delayed by 2 weeks. Eric handled this in a relaxed manner and managed to convey this to the buyer such that they had no problem with it whatsoever. In addition, Eric helped us with the purchase agreement for the property we purchased, completely free of charge. In other words, not averse to taking that extra step.

Eric and Belinda together form an expert team, work accurately, and make you feel like a real customer. They took care of the sales process from A to Z. They know the 's-Hertogenbosch real estate market and are specialists in the city center. An added bonus that definitely should not go unmentioned is their collaboration with photographer Max. Max has an eye for detail, stayed as long as it took until the pictures were to his liking. Beautiful to see him work. It led to a beautiful brochure, a smooth sales process, and likewise settlement after the sale was completed. We absolutely recommend De Huyzerij!

The house that we just sold, we bought when Eric acted as a real estate agent for the seller. Even then, we found Eric to be a pleasant and reliable man with business acumen.
