Slechte bereikbaarheid. Alleen via mail en dan terugbelafspraak, maar daar wordt niet aangehouden. Veel onnodige kosten van kleine acties zoals iemand op comtract bijschrijven. Traag reageren op storingsmeldingen waardoor je weken lang met een defect of lekkage zit. Onvriendelijk personeel bij telefonisch contact. Dit bedrijf is onderdeel van het dubieuze vastgoed circuit waar je als woningzoekende helaas niet onderuit kunt.

Ik heb een zeer teleurstellende ervaring gehad met dit verhuurbedrijf. Hoewel alles er op het eerste gezicht professioneel uitziet, kan de manier waarop huurderssituaties worden afgehandeld in de praktijk behoorlijk problematisch zijn. Ze zullen er alles aan doen om financieel misbruik van je te maken, vooral als je een expat bent. Gedurende mijn huurperiode (2020-2024) was er een duidelijk gebrek aan consistentie tussen wat er contractueel was vastgelegd en hoe de zaken in de praktijk werden afgehandeld. De communicatie was vaak onduidelijk en verantwoordelijkheden die door het verhuurbedrijf hadden moeten worden afgehandeld, werden soms doorgeschoven naar de huurders. Ze creëren onnodige druk en verwarring, met name in situaties zoals contractbeëindiging en vervanging van de huurder. Dit leidde tot vermijdbare stress (ik heb veel psychische problemen ondervonden door de omgang met hen) en vereiste juridische hulp om op te lossen. Al met al kan ik dit verhuurbedrijf op basis van mijn ervaring niet aanbevelen.

Zoals veel andere recensenten al aangeven, wees zeer voorzichtig met dit makelaarskantoor. Ze zullen proberen misbruik van je te maken als ze de kans krijgen en je borgsom volledig inhouden. Wees je dus bewust van wat je ondertekent wanneer je met hen in zee gaat en ken je rechten. Organisaties die huurders beschermen hebben mij ook gewaarschuwd voor dit kantoor, dus ik raad je ten zeerste aan om er ver vandaan te blijven.

Let op met je borg. Houden zich niet aan de afspraken. wij hebben met meerdere studenten via dit bedrijf een woning gehuurd. 6000€ borg in totaal. Vastgoed unie zou het binnen 4 weken terugstorten op onze rekening. Na 4.5 week nogsteeds niets van ze teruggekregen. Je moet erg veel achter je geld aangaan om het terug te krijgen, niet zo professioneel. Daarbij is Koen wel een aardige kerel!

Vastgoed said 'sorry that you are experiencing this' and demanded more viewings, haha, tried to get us to move out earlier and then threatened us with the rental contract, even though we had given them ample opportunity to view the property, as stipulated in Article 7 of the Civil Code. In short, just as unprofessional and clumsy as their copied responses from the '90s on reviews.

Ik heb een zeer slechte ervaring gehad met dit makelaarskantoor. Ze hielden €4.500 in op mijn huur zonder geldige reden, met de bewering dat ze het huis na mij niet konden verhuren vanwege schade aan de muren, terwijl ze niet eens een bezichtiging hadden ingepland. Ze brachten me kosten in rekening voor een wasmachine, terwijl ze me per e-mail hadden verzocht deze uit het huis te verwijderen. (Niet erg slim.) Het meest zorgwekkende is dat ze meer dan een jaar lang geen ernstige vochtproblemen in het appartement hebben opgelost, ondanks herhaalde meldingen. Bekijk de video, dat is mijn slaapkamer en die van mijn huisgenoot; het is absoluut ongezond om deze lucht in te ademen, zeker als het je eigen slaapkamer is. Na een paar maanden werd het steeds erger en werd ik wakker met jeuk of hoesten. Zelfs de makelaar die de eindinspectie kwam doen, was oprecht verbaasd dat we daar woonden, gezien de vreselijke stank van het vocht. Toen de situatie escaleerde tot een juridisch geschil, stuurde mijn advocaat een formele brief naar het makelaarskantoor. In plaats van professioneel te handelen, weigerden ze de brief persoonlijk in ontvangst te nemen en kozen ze duidelijk de kant van de verhuurder. Deze tactiek zorgde handig voor een vertraging van drie maanden in de rechtszitting, wat alleen hen en de verhuurder ten goede komt, niet de huurder. Het vasthouden van zo'n bedrag is frustrerend, vooral als je moet bijdragen aan een nieuw huis, borg, meubels, enzovoort. Gedurende het hele proces heb ik een compleet gebrek aan verantwoordelijkheid, transparantie en elementaire eerlijkheid ervaren. Als huurder verwacht je van een verhuurmakelaar een neutrale en professionele tussenpersoon – dit makelaarskantoor deed precies het tegenovergestelde. Ik hoop echt dat dit kantoor na alle negatieve recensies en rechtszaken sluit, want ze bezorgen mensen een heel moeilijk moment, met een negatieve impact op hun mentale en fysieke gezondheid, zoals in ons geval. Ik raad iedereen die overweegt via hen te huren ten zeerste aan om uiterst voorzichtig te zijn. Op basis van mijn ervaring beschermen ze de rechten van huurders niet en zijn ze bereid om vertragingstactieken te gebruiken als er iets misgaat. UPDATE: Een heel diplomatiek antwoord, maar hoe zit het met het gedeelte waarin mijn deurwaarder naar jullie kantoor ging en een van jullie medewerkers weigerde de brief met de datum voor de rechtszitting in ontvangst te nemen, terwijl dit al per e-mail was besproken? Dit heeft rechtstreeks gevolgen voor mij, want het duurt nu 3 maanden langer voordat ik mijn geld krijg. GOED GEDAAN.
