We tried to get a quote from these people, but that was impossible. They wanted us to offer five houses that exactly met our wishes. If we could do that, we wouldn't need a real estate agent! We wanted help finding homes that met our requirements. So I gave them our list of criteria, including price, location, size, number of rooms and the necessary facilities. Apparently this wasn't enough, they needed Funda-links to five homes that already exactly met the criteria. So I gave them links to a handful of homes that almost met our criteria, and I explained why they didn't fully meet our criteria. They only responded by explaining why they didn't meet our criteria (yes, after I had already told them the reasons) and asked for examples of homes that exactly met the criteria. I tried sending some more links to other homes that almost met our criteria. But they only answered that these were too expensive for us.
