Toen er later problemen ontstonden met de eerste notaris, schakelde de makelaar direct mee en werd er binnen korte tijd een passende oplossing gevonden en nieuwe notaris. Het motto “Waarom moeilijk als het ook makkelijk kan” past wat mij betreft goed bij de manier waarop ze werken. Ik waardeer vooral de duidelijke communicatie, de persoonlijke benadering en het denken in oplossingen. Een kantoor dat staat voor eenvoud en geen onnodig gedoe. Just as we decided to sell our house, I received an email from Langejan about the valuation days and the possibility of a free valuation. The initial contact was professional and pleasant: an agent came by, brought a brochure, and we had a good conversation. He promised to send us the valuation within a week. Ten days later, I still hadn't received anything, so I called them — also to let them know that we had already bought a new home, that we were seriously interested in working with them, and that we would appreciate it if they could still send their estimate. Without any apology, I was told that it might come that week. Another ten days passed. Nothing received. I eventually emailed them to ask if they ever intended to send that valuation. To this day — now months later — I have never received a response. If the very first step already goes so laboriously and unreliably, how can you trust that the further sales process will be guided punctually and professionally?
