Unreliable and careless. They don't have their affairs in order. The broker didn't show up for the scheduled viewing. They supposedly contacted me by phone, but I had no missed calls or voicemail. They could have simply sent me an email to cancel the viewing.

The contact went great. Everything was discussed openly and transparently. The broker even helped with setting up a new VvE. Nothing but praise for this broker.

Unreliable, poor communication. We sold our house through Kompas in December. It seemed as if our real estate agent was working for the buyer instead of us. We felt manipulated and pressured to let our house go below the desired price. No conversation was possible; Gilbert only made necessary contact himself, and he wasn't present at the transfer. The link to write a review closed before we could do so. I asked twice for the possibility to write a review, with no response whatsoever. We will not recommend this real estate agent to anyone. It is noticeable that on their site only great stories are displayed. Not difficult if you hide dissatisfied customers.

Do you want a real estate agent who actively searches for your dream house, one that goes along with you, has time and is interested, then don't do business with these agents. Nine times out of ten they are too busy to go along, outside their region but also within it. Then you go alone and still expect some interest through contact before and after. That didn't happen. They did not actively search for houses, there was never a property proposed by them in the last 3 years. In an attempt to discuss this with them, it ended up in an email, in which no response was given to our points. After several failed attempts at telephone contact, we gave up. Worthless, but still keeping the money we already paid.... Response to reaction: Of course you can't always get a good review, but if the service had been better and you had been open to a conversation, we would have felt more heard and might even have found a house through you. We were really dismissed scandalously without a proper discussion being possible. This response also only comes 8 months later.

Martin and Maikel were both our buying and selling real estate agent. Because the housing market is enormously overheated, they had to support us for more than half a year. The contact with everyone within WaDo is incredibly personal and super nice. Maikel and Martin who stood by us every time we went to visit a house, or if it didn't work out, neatly visited us afterwards to be able to give us good advice, and Astrid who always, despite our busy schedules, managed to make the best viewing appointment when we found another beautiful house. Ultimately, we were able to buy our dream house in Haarlem Noord and sell our own house well. All of this for very neat prices. They don't earn a percentage of the purchase price when buying, but have a fixed amount for the number of viewings. Even though we spent a long time on it and saw 25+ houses, the amount was fixed at 10+ viewings. For the time and love they put into all processes, really a very good price. We are going to miss them!
