Unreliable and careless. They don't have their affairs in order. The broker didn't show up for the scheduled viewing. They supposedly contacted me by phone, but I had no missed calls or voicemail. They could have simply sent me an email to cancel the viewing.

Unreliable, poor communication. We sold our house through Kompas in December. It seemed as if our real estate agent was working for the buyer instead of us. We felt manipulated and pressured to let our house go below the desired price. No conversation was possible; Gilbert only made necessary contact himself, and he wasn't present at the transfer. The link to write a review closed before we could do so. I asked twice for the possibility to write a review, with no response whatsoever. We will not recommend this real estate agent to anyone. It is noticeable that on their site only great stories are displayed. Not difficult if you hide dissatisfied customers.

The contact went great. Everything was discussed openly and transparently. The broker even helped with setting up a new VvE. Nothing but praise for this broker.

The personal contact and accessibility of the real estate agent were very pleasant, especially in an uncertain period when you as a buyer are dependent on the expertise of others. We are very satisfied!

As a tenant, I would look for another property and definitely not do business with them. The property is rented to you through them; they only act as an intermediary where they draw up the rental agreement, you pay the first rent to them, and a (photo) report was made during key handover without the presence of the new tenant regarding the condition of the property. Then you hear nothing more until you want to terminate the lease. Apparently, it is expected that you conduct correspondence about this with them and you will be confronted with all sorts of procedures that do not describe anywhere how you should leave the property. Nothing about this is stated in the rental agreement. Then their friendliness suddenly disappears completely, although they themselves are not mentioned anywhere in the rental agreement as stakeholders. They send emails full of threats without first hearing both sides and if a less friendly reaction follows, they are then surprised. Empty statements such as that the termination of the lease was not done on time because the landlord decides not to pick up the registered letter and that an extra month's rent should therefore be paid. Luckily I hadn’t paid the last month's rent yet, because I quickly noticed that this would become a discussion where you, as a tenant, always get the short end of the stick, because you can whistle for the return of the security deposit. I terminated the lease registered by post and also registered by email so they had no leg to stand on. I would therefore advise Lighthouse Property to quickly return to school with regard to all current case law on rental agreements and advise them to delete the clauses and conditions invented by themselves, as these are not included anywhere in the rental agreement and have long been condemned by judges as unreasonable disadvantageous terms.

Renée was very helpful during the search process, looked after my interest when finding the right property, and was flexible enough to attend any viewings. We found the right property quite fast and were able to close the deal under the right conditions thanks to her experience and knowledge of the area. Do you want a real estate agent who actively searches for your dream house, one that goes along with you, has time and is interested, then don't do business with these agents. Nine times out of ten they are too busy to go along, outside their region but also within it. Then you go alone and still expect some interest through contact before and after. That didn't happen. They did not actively search for houses, there was never a property proposed by them in the last 3 years. In an attempt to discuss this with them, it ended up in an email, in which no response was given to our points. After several failed attempts at telephone contact, we gave up. Worthless, but still keeping the money we already paid.... Response to reaction: Of course you can't always get a good review, but if the service had been better and you had been open to a conversation, we would have felt more heard and might even have found a house through you. We were really dismissed scandalously without a proper discussion being possible. This response also only comes 8 months later.
