Perhaps we had too high expectations, but if you engage a real estate agent for such an exciting process and pay them quite a lot, you hope for proactive, customer-oriented and personal communication with a clear strategic plan in mind. That is what we missed. We felt like a 'number'. Often, we had to do the follow-up ourselves on matters and make suggestions regarding the sales approach.
