I had an appointment last week to view a warehouse in Dokkum, I drove all the way from my vacation address 300 km to Dokkum. Upon arrival, Mr. Adema was talking with other people and I was told to wait outside. The door was closed and 5 minutes later it was my turn after which Mr. Adema informed me that the warehouse had unfortunately just been sold but that I could still view it briefly. When I said that there was no point in that either, as I left, I was told: "Apparently, I made the right decision anyway," as if it were my fault that he had sold the warehouse to someone else just before my viewing.
