Ze hebben echt de tijd genomen voor een goede verkoop, ook in de begeleiding van de op dat moment nog mogelijke koper. Het huis is voor een goede prijs verkocht en ik ben daarbij ook erg goed en deskundig geadviseerd. Een makelaar die ook echt moeite doet om de zorg bij de verkoper weg te nemen tijdens een spannend traject.

Roos uses Move in or out inappropriately and untimely to prevent the seller from controlling bids; conducts viewings while the property is sold subject to 'sale of own home' condition, potentially pressuring the buyer to withdraw the condition; uses a high degree of ‘yes but’ language in communication; etc. Therefore, both sellers and buyers can be disadvantaged by obscured practices. Now we are waiting following this 1-star review for an immediately subsequent 5-star review. Really Roos?
