This real estate agent keeps people on a string. If you have made an offer, they just let you wait 14 days and are not at all fair. They also say that you may not make an offer because you have not seen it. But they also no longer want to show it to you. In short, this real estate agent is worthless. I would never and never go into business with them.

Beste mevrouw Bouma, Dank voor het delen van uw ervaring. Wij vinden het jammer om te lezen dat u dit traject als negatief heeft ervaren en lichten dit graag kort toe. Voor het object aan de Unemastraat 13 in Blija is gewerkt met een open huis en een vooraf vastgestelde biedingstermijn. Hoewel u zich na het open huis meldde, hebben wij u alsnog de mogelijkheid geboden om binnen de gestelde termijn een bod uit te brengen, wat u ook heeft gedaan. Uw bod is, net als alle andere biedingen, zorgvuldig meegenomen in de beoordeling. De verkopende partij betrof een kerkbestuur, waardoor de besluitvorming meer tijd in beslag nam dan gebruikelijk. Dit hebben wij tussentijds ook aan u gecommuniceerd. Uiteindelijk heeft de verkoper besloten met een andere partij verder te gaan. Wij begrijpen dat dit teleurstellend kan zijn, maar deze keuze ligt bij de verkopende partij. Wanneer u graag verdere toelichting wil mag u ons altijd bellen. Met vriendelijke groet, Roos Makelaars

Roos real estate agents employ undesirable, uncontrollable and non-transparent practices that disadvantage (potential) buyers and sellers. Roos uses Move in or out inappropriately and untimely to prevent the seller from controlling bids; conducts viewings while the property is sold subject to 'sale of own home' condition, potentially pressuring the buyer to withdraw the condition; uses a high degree of ‘yes but’ language in communication; etc. Therefore, both sellers and buyers can be disadvantaged by obscured practices. Now we are waiting following this 1-star review for an immediately subsequent 5-star review. Really Roos?

We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. The situation as you describe it does not correspond with what actually happened. We would like to clarify some things again. After a pleasant viewing (your own words), the seller decided to sell the property to another party who came earlier with an offer. We understand that this is disappointing for you. Despite multiple attempts to contact you, we have not received a response from your side. This limited our ability to help you further. The seller was indeed aware of your interest, as we also confirmed by email. However, the seller's final choice fell on another party. We have already informed you of the above directly via email. Hopefully, this has clarified the matter once again.

Very unfortunate. We had seen a house. We just had to make an offer immediately, which we did. Then we heard nothing more. We received a phone call and they said you didn't get it. While I still wanted to adjust my bid. So because it was still available on move.nl, I increased my bid. Immediately got a phone call that they had already made other people happy and that I could no longer make an offer. Very unfortunate. Definitely won’t do business with them again and advise you not to do business with them either.
