I have experienced Otto's guidance as very pleasant. In particular, the honest and personal way of communicating and his accessibility outside of normal office hours stood out to me as positive points. Otto advised me expertly during the sales process, but was also certainly open to my own input. After a viewing, I was always informed in short order about his first impression of what the potential sellers of my home thought. The signing of the purchase agreement by both parties could also take place very quickly. I will definitely engage this real estate agent again when looking for a new home.
