21 Jan 2020Very fine real estate agents! Years and years ago, we bought our house from Wijmenga. Everything went well then, and we always looked back on it with a good feeling. After many years of living pleasure, it was time for a smaller house and after a number of viewings, we encountered Wijmenga again at a house for sale. This house wasn't the right one for us, but we decided to put our own house up for sale with Wijmenga immediately, and we certainly have no regrets about that! Beautiful photos and a very nice brochure were made. Soon there were multiple viewings; we found it incredibly exciting, but we were kept well informed and received good advice. Wijmenga, thanks again for the pleasant and quick sale of our house. For now, we are happy here, but if we were to want to move in the future, we are sure to find you ;)

In particular, the honest and personal way of communicating and his accessibility outside of normal office hours stood out to me as positive points. Otto advised me expertly during the sales process, but was also certainly open to my own input. After a viewing, I was always informed in short order about his first impression of what the potential sellers of my home thought. Nah, we're not picking that up (several attempts were made), not even a message saying they're closed or something where you can leave a message.. It turns out the phone number listed on Huislijn.nl belongs to a vague home shopping site, in short, very reliable. Update: they do respond that there is an incorrect number somewhere, and meanwhile still don’t answer the phone or respond to emails... imagine having your house for sale with them 😂😂😂😂

Only after placing a negative review do they start to stalk you in order to have a conversation. Because, oh dear, if there is a stain on the number. Unfortunately my wife removed her negative review, but it would still have been in place. Liv calls you to supposedly draw a lesson from it, but it's just rehashing in order to keep the number high.

We can understand that they need to make money, but on top of their generous commission come all sorts of extra costs. Additionally, hardly any time was taken for us. I advise to ask enough quotes. 15 Dec 2025No good experience. The real estate agent walks through the house you're visiting in a rush. The other time, the agent doesn't even go with you but stands in the kitchen or living room with their head in the phone. 'Have a look around yourself'. As if that weren't enough, there's also an interview with the owner who says that the housing shortage is caused by migrants. What are you even involved in....

The agent showed herself during the first appointment for the valuation positively enthusiastic about my house and garden, which I found pleasant because I had also put a lot of effort into it. Toen ik in juli belde voor een gratis waardebepaling had ik gelijk een vertrouwd en positief gevoel, en besloot ik dat ik niet meer verder zou zoeken.Het was voor mij heel dubbel omdat ik mijn ouderlijk huis moest verkopen na het overlijden van mijn moeder.Tijdens de overdracht was dit best emotioneel/confronterend voor mij de makelaar had alle begrip en bood een luisterend oor.Ik zou deze makelaardij dan ook zeker aanbevelen.

I had a long search, my belief in finding the right home had become lost, but real estate agent Vos was able to give it a positive twist again and give back the belief that the right home would indeed come. After years of searching, I found my living place and home that fits me. Throughout the entire process, I also received all the support.

The real estate agent(s) and the entire office are committed to a good sale of the property, using all means necessary to present the property correctly. Working hours appear to be an apparently unknown concept, calling in the evening, advice on weekends, closing a deal on weekends, with De Vos real estate agency they are there for you! Honest is the longest lasting, no empty promises, just very good work.
