Er was geen e-mailbevestiging voor de bezichtiging, waardoor waarschijnlijk meerdere mensen de bezichtiging hebben gemist. Belangrijke documenten werden niet tijdens de bezichtiging gedeeld. Ondanks herhaaldelijk navragen reageerde de makelaar laat en meestal zonder enige zinvolle update. Uiteindelijk ontvingen we de documenten pas één dag voor de deadline voor het indienen van een bod. Vervolgens verloren we 3-4 kostbare weken met onze hypotheekaanvraag vanwege onjuiste gegevens in de koopovereenkomst. Zowel de verkoper als wij moesten de overeenkomst 4-5 keer ondertekenen vanwege herhaalde wijzigingen. Ik moest zelf onderzoek doen en de juiste informatie aan de makelaar verstrekken, wat onacceptabel is voor een professionele dienstverlening. Als verkoper raad ik u ten zeerste af om met deze makelaar in zee te gaan. Als koper raad ik u aan hun advertenties te negeren. Het bespaart u tijd, geld en een hoop onnodige stress.
