De professionaliteit van Diva Makelaars is me al opgevallen tijdens een bezichtiging jaren geleden. Toen we zelf een woning gingen verkopen hebben we dan ook voor hen gekozen. En met succes, ze zijn super professioneel en prettig in de communicatie. Het was extra moeilijk omdat we alles vanuit het buitenland moesten organiseren, maar het ging zeer soepel en de woning was binnen een week verkocht ruim boven de vraagprijs. hartelijk bedankt!

Het was fantastisch om met Marcella Kapelle samen te werken, vanaf het moment dat ik een appartement in Den Haag zocht tot de succesvolle aankoop van een prachtig appartement deze week! Ik ben superblij met de enthousiaste en klantgerichte manier van werken van Ivana en Armin. Armin heeft alles tot in de puntjes voorbereid en Ivana was mijn steun en toeverlaat tijdens de hele verkoopprocedure. Op al mijn vragen kwam supersnel een antwoord. Vandaag heb ik mijn eerste appartement gekocht, en dat was niet mogelijk geweest zonder Marcella Kapelle. Als buitenlander in Nederland was alles nieuw voor me, en ze is altijd heel behulpzaam en grondig geweest. Ze adviseerde me over het perfecte bod voor mijn appartement en toonde daarbij veel inzicht in de markt. Wij hebben via Marcella/ Diva Makelaars ons nieuwe fijne huis aangekocht en ons oude appartement verkocht. Marcella is in een woord een TOP Makelaar!! Toen wij het huis aankochten hadden wij direct al een goed gevoel bij Marcella en Diva Makelaars. Ze hielp ons goed met het aankoop proces en geen vraag was teveel. Het was voor ons dat ook een makkelijke keus om via Marcella ons oude appartement weer te verkopen. Dit heeft ze ook onwijs goed gedaan (binnen een week!) en de begeleiding daarin was erg fijn. Marcella is heel servicegericht, altijd vrolijk, heel benaderbaar en zet het huis super goed op de markt. Haar adviezen met de aankoop en verkoop van een huis zijn voor ons van grote waarde geweest!
