Mijn ervaring met Kijck Makelaars is teleurstellend. Mijn woning in een populaire Amsterdamse Indische buurt heeft ongeveer een jaar te koop gestaan en er hebben meer dan 30 bezichtigingen plaatsgevonden voordat er een verkoop tot stand kwam. In die periode zijn er geen biedingen uitgebracht. De woning betrof erfpacht en een VvE met een gezonde financiële reserve. Deze aspecten waren bekend en transparant in het verkoopdossier. Tijdens het verkooptraject heb ik meerdere wisselingen van contactpersonen ervaren, wat de continuïteit en communicatie niet ten goede kwam. Hierdoor ontbrak een consistente begeleiding en werd het traject voor mij onnodig onoverzichtelijk. Uiteindelijk heb ik de vraagprijs met €20.000 moeten verlagen om tot een verkoop te komen. Na afloop heb ik ook met andere makelaars gesproken, die aangaven dat zij bepaalde keuzes in de verkoopaanpak anders zouden hebben benaderd. De woning is uiteindelijk verkocht, maar mijn ervaring is dat het proces onnodig lang heeft geduurd en dat de begeleiding onvoldoende consistent en onvoldoende sturend was.

Ik had het geluk dat ik een leuk appartement in Amsterdam had en dat eigenlijk zichzelf wel verkocht. De verkoopmakelaar, Mia, heeft het volgens mij op zich prima gedaan, maar het gaat vooral om de algehele chaos daaromheen. Er waren echt heel slechte foto’s en er was totaal geen motivatie om nieuwe foto’s te maken. De tekst was ook zeer slecht geschreven (die hebben we uiteindelijk zelf geschreven). De communicatie verliep zeeeer slecht In dit geval is het gezegde “goedkoop is duurkoop” helaas helemaal van toepassing. Sterker nog, in dit geval vind ik ze niet eens goedkoop voor de matige diensten die geleverd worden. Ik zou ze dan ook zeker niet aanraden.

Heel fijne makelaar! Toen het appartementje te klein bleek verwees ze me door naar een andere woning en plande ze speciaal een nieuw bezichtigingsmoment in.

Ze hebben ons erg goed bijgestaan. Geen langdradige gesprekken, maar altijd direct to the point. Erg blij met Hellen en ze heeft ons goed en fijn geholpen. Reageerde ook altijd erg snel.

Not recommended! You pay less, but also get a lot less service according to my experience. The service is really minimal. Maybe it works well for a standard apartment. In my case (a bit less desired neighborhood in Amsterdam, row house) it was a big disappointment. Leonie came to meet me, nice conversation, and clearly answered YES when I asked if she would be the real estate agent and do the viewings. Then, a few days before the scheduled date for the viewings, there was suddenly another name in the portal. I called to ask how this came about, because this person didn't know the house yet, and I would not be present. This was handled very lightly on the phone. I had to take time off work anyway, and in advance arranged a tour and information session. This employee came across as very uninterested, asked no questions, and seemed unmotivated. Result: 2 viewings, no offers. And further: I had to collect the for-sale sign myself from the office, hang it up myself (the alternative was that they would put it up on the day of the viewing, which is illogical). No information about open house days. Never heard anything from Leonie about why she had sent someone else without consulting me. When I called the office to say that I would be looking for another real estate agent, I was called back within a few minutes by Leonie, with the story that she had been last-minute prevented and therefore had scheduled someone else... without communicating with me. I didn't get a good feeling from this and switched to another real estate agent. Result: dozens of viewings, multiple offers and the house was sold for a very good price. Conclusion: a lot of time lost and ultimately also money (500 euros deposit, non-refundable). A lot of frustration. I would not do it again!

Good experience with Kijck! Excellent service for a good price. The only disadvantage might be that you opt for the click with one person, but then have to deal with multiple brokers within a team and therefore don't always know if you also chose the person who is doing the viewings at that moment. Not necessarily a problem, but good to know!

Mijn ervaring met Hoekstra & Van Eck kenmerkte zich door structurele vertraging. In mijn traject liepen termijnen op tot circa 12 maanden. Daarnaast werd verplichte documentatie herhaaldelijk onvolledig of onjuist aangeleverd, terwijl vooraf duidelijk was wat vereist was. Van een professionele makelaar mag regie, voortgangsbewaking en kwaliteitscontrole worden verwacht. Die heb ik in dit traject onvoldoende ervaren. Verwijzingen naar externe partijen boden geen oplossing voor de ontstane problemen. Op basis van mijn ervaring vereist samenwerking met dit kantoor voortdurende eigen regie en aanvullende (juridische) ondersteuning om het proces beheersbaar te houden.

De makelaar heeft de extra mile gedaan voor verkoop woning in een complexe situatie. Bij administratieve afhandeling verkoopcontract opdrachtgever verkoop niet laten tekenen waardoor contract onrechtmatig was. Extra bezichtiging gehouden met kopers vlak voor overdracht zonder ons daarover te informeren. Onder de streep is het huis verkocht voor correcte prijs en dat is het belangrijkste.

Linda: no-nonsense, eerlijk, duidelijk, betrokken, luistert goed, benaderbaar. Linda luistert goed en geeft eerlijk advies. Zij heeft zeer goede kennis van de huizenmarkt. Is goed bekend met wat goed is voor de koper en handelt daar vervolgens naar. Ze zegt wat ze doet en doet wat ze zegt. Een echte topper die mij ontzettend goed heeft ondersteund in een voor mij zware periode.

Hoekstra en Van Eck heeft mij vakkundig en vriendelijk ondersteund bij de verkoop van mjn huis. Bij tegenslag aan de kant van kopers kon mijn makelaar met kennis van zaken bijsturen naar een oplossing.
