Great contact, quick feedback! The sale of the house took a bit longer so more frequent contact with the real estate agent.

My first experience with this real estate agent is unfortunately not positive, as a buyer. There was a nice house for sale on Funda. The advertisement was posted 9 days ago and the house was still available. Therefore I called for a viewing, but unfortunately the agent's schedule was already full. This week the viewings took place and next Friday was the deadline to make an offer. It is Tuesday today. If as a real estate agent you cannot spare 15 minutes for an extra potential buyer, then I already know now that I would not let my own house be sold by this agent. After all, you don't know if I might make the highest offer — and thereby, in my opinion, you are shortchanging your client (the seller). They were friendly on the phone, which is why I still gave 2 stars.

We were not able to realize the starting price but are as a family satisfied with the realized price.

Not satisfied with the approach to the valuation report. The report contained many (negligence) errors. Questions/request for explanation/clarification are not answered. Very limited time (read: a few minutes) is spent on the inspection of the property. Our experience was positive 10 years ago, unfortunately not this second time. Also, after discussing our complaints/questions, there is hardly any substantive response.
