The contact went well with consistently fast responses. On Funda it states that the property was sold within 1 day. This is not correct and it took two weeks, which of course is also very quick, but to keep the statistics perfectly accurate I want to mention this. The brokerage fee is of course a percentage but in this price segment it feels like good value service. Extra praise for Janet, she was always accessible and quick with responses.

Well, we have to search for the relevant property

A couple of months ago I made an offer (via email) on a house, never heard back. Five days ago I inquired about the asking price of a property on huislijn.nl and received no response either. So communication is actually 0 stars.

Does not call back after offer...

Wij hebben via Jeroen Hameeteman een huis gekocht. Al binnen twee weken na de overdracht ontdekten we een ernstig probleem: een tweede kruipruimte stond volledig onder water. Wij wisten alleen van één kruipruimte — de tweede is ons nooit kenbaar gemaakt, ondanks dat ik tijdens het aankoopproces tweemaal expliciet aan de makelaar had gevraagd of er ruimtes waren met vocht of water die ik over het hoofd zou kunnen zien. Dit vanwege astma bij een van de bewoners. Deze ruimte was bovendien niet opgenomen in het inspectierapport dat bij de verkoop was verstrekt. Na onderzoek door een gespecialiseerd bedrijf bleek dat de afvoer onder het huis niet goed aansloot en niet correct afliep. De herstelkosten bedroegen meer dan €6.000,–. De situatie is extra schrijnend omdat de nieuwe bewoners een beperkt budget hebben en daardoor extra hard zijn getroffen. Vervolgens hebben wij geprobeerd contact op te nemen met Jeroen Hameeteman. Meerdere e-mails bleven onbeantwoord, telefoontjes werden genegeerd en ook onze eigen makelaar kreeg geen gehoor. Er was eerder een toezegging gedaan om samen tot een oplossing te komen — die belofte werd niet nagekomen, zelfs niet nadat hij herhaaldelijk had beloofd terug te bellen. Over zijn kwaliteiten als makelaar tijdens het verkoopproces doe ik geen uitspraak. Maar wie na de koop bij problemen op hem wil kunnen terugvallen, zal weinig respons krijgen. Persoonlijk schrijf ik geen review(s) op een site, ik schrijf dit om anderen op zijn minst te waarschuwen.
