We hebben een vreselijke ervaring gehad met Koops Makelaardij. Als makelaarskantoor zouden ze volgens de huurovereenkomst moeten optreden als officiële bemiddelaar tussen de huurder en de verhuurder. Echter, zodra er een geschil ontstond over de teruggave van onze borg, trokken ze zich volledig terug, weigerden ze naar behoren te bemiddelen en namen ze geen enkele verantwoordelijkheid. Tijdens de eindinspectie leek alles in orde, maar later, dagen nadat de sleutels waren overhandigd, lieten ze de verhuurder eenzijdig een lange lijst met ongedocumenteerde, onterechte financiële vorderingen toevoegen. In plaats van de integriteit van hun eigen ondertekende rapporten te beschermen, toonden ze een totaal gebrek aan professionaliteit en het negeren van standaardprocedures. Als u op zoek bent naar een betrouwbaar makelaarskantoor dat de Nederlandse huurwetgeving naleeft en professioneel handelt wanneer er problemen ontstaan, zoek dan verder. Absoluut af te raden.

Despite paid search apps and having many house accounts, Koops Haarlem was the savior in need! Super nice and quick contact, personal attention and the best guidance I could wish for a starter who now has their first home :) I would advise Koops Haarlem to everyone who is looking for a home, rent and buy. The property was also perfect! Clean and with a welcome letter with tips, for example about how you can register or change your address. Bianca Jamoel has helped me during the entire rental process and I wholeheartedly recommend her for everything related to renting or buying.

This real estate agency is incredibly unreliable and provides a pitiful service. Despite an initial phone conversation with agent Bianca, in which she promised to contact me by e-mail, I never received a response. Multiple attempts to reach her were unsuccessful. Their lack of communication and disregard for customers' needs are unacceptable. I strongly advise against working with this office and recommend seeking help elsewhere.

But when we suddenly came across a house in Bloemendaal that we absolutely fell in love with, everything changed. And that's how we ended up with Claire. And honestly... we couldn't have wished for a better real estate agent! Claire is so involved, professional, kind and especially very good at what she does. She was truly always available! Whether it was early in the morning or late at night, we could always reach her with our questions. And there were quite a few of those, haha. Even with things that didn't directly concern her, such as questions about the mortgage, building inspection, or the notary, she thought along and helped us further immediately. In the beginning, everything seemed to be going pretty smoothly with the bidding process, but that quickly changed when other interested parties suddenly appeared. It ultimately became mega exciting and we really had to coordinate a lot to get everything done. Without Claire, this house simply wouldn't have happened. She helped us through it so well, with calmness, overview and a lot of effort. And when it was finally time and we signed, she made that a special moment too. So fun and personal. Pure real estate agents acting as the selling agent for a property. During a viewing with Cisca Jansen, barely any time to view the house. Already looking at her watch beforehand and stating that she had little time because of her next appointment. That was apparently more important than giving me some time. She checked in every room whether I was keeping up with her. That felt anything but pleasant. Afterwards, she quickly drove away in a large SUV on her way to her next appointment. Puur would benefit from less showboating.

They underestimate the situation and communicate poorly.

Nice man Dimitri, but I don't find the office's way of working professional. Errors in the (draft) brochure and photos are mediocre/bad. Ultimately, I pulled the plug anyway. Get rokken. There is still a big difference between saying you do your best and actually doing it. A shame!
