They don't sound friendly on the phone and especially not helpful, particularly the brokers. You would think as a customer that you generate income for them by renting for a long period for thousands of euros, but keep searching with your properties.

Excellent broker, highly recommended! The property for rent is an unusual office location, namely a restored monumental farmhouse complex on an estate. First, the Online Business Broker determined a better rental price, then perfect support all the way to signing the lease agreement and even afterwards willing to discuss things.

Kim sold our house in a fast and professional manner. The communication was smooth and always to-the-point. Her advice was very valuable and that accelerated the sales process.

The initial contact was great, very helpful. When something needed to be repaired, the service was excellent. However, the organization is very unprofessional regarding communication and finances. When it comes to financial matters, they hardly respond at all. They are responsible for communication but often hide behind the building owners. If they make mistakes, they do not bear the (full) financial consequences of those mistakes. I was happy that it was a way to get a nice studio in a great location. However, the entire communication style, the lack of communication and the lack of (financial) responsibility they took, was irritating and had several unjustified consequences.

Kim helped us very well in our search for a home. We were received correctly and neatly, where Kim spoke to us extensively. What I appreciated was that she also made it personal and showed genuine interest in us, but also told us something about herself. Kim keeps her appointments and also carries out the aftercare (a quick check-in) correctly! Thank you Kim!!!

scammers, 5 months ago I handed over the rented apartment and they still haven't returned my deposit, I paid a lawyer and they tried to scam me by charging for curtains in sizes that don't exist in the apartment I rented. They have not yet returned my money and I am going to file charges, unethical and thieves

Scammers. I just helped a friend move out of a house he rented from this company. The kitchen roof had been leaking for more than 3 years (previous tenants had the same problem) and the leak was only fixed after persistent inquiries, as it wasn't a healthy way to live. Their 'solution' was to build on the roof so that all the water would collect on the neighbor's roof - not very correct or considerate. Although the leak was 'fixed', they never sent anyone to repair the water damage caused by the leak, which ran throughout the entire kitchen. Kim didn't even call my friend with the correct name when she called for the inspection, so she's poorly organized even on a good day. Her message came off as scammy and had to be verified by the owner before she could proceed. Despite the water damage from the leak, we thoroughly cleaned the house before leaving. It was left in the same condition as when it was received, except for light wear and tear, which is required by Dutch law. Naturally, Kim complained during checkout that the house was dirty and damaged, even though that's not true. They had overdrawn themselves and there's only 24 hours between tenants, so they're trying to shift the maintenance of the house onto the previous tenant. Legally, this doesn't hold up. Kim knows this and yet she tries to manipulate you to make money off you. If you're a tenant, RUN AWAY FROM HER. Don't rent from Kim or anyone she does business with. These people try to exploit expats and the housing crisis, but they're lazy. They ignore you during the rental period and scam you when you leave. If you're a landlord, you pay Kim for her specialty: scamming tenants. I agree with another reviewer who said she deserves 0 stars. I'm keeping this review separate and keeping an eye on her, because she likes to remove bad reviews.
