20 Dec 2024Due to circumstances, I had to look for temporary accommodation (Short stay). I quickly ended up with Lichtcity Housing and immediately contacted Khalid about an apartment on their site. Everything was arranged quickly and correctly, and I was able to move into a nice apartment the same day. Very happy with this service! However, costs were charged for the damage and the cleaning. When I asked for proof (for example, that the house needed to be cleaned after my departure), I could not receive anything.

They ask money for all sorts of nonsense; €60 for printing out a contract, unlawful mediation costs, unjustified retention of deposit and finally exceeding the legal standard of room prices. Positive: they did provide a landlord statement neatly and quickly upon request. @Eigenaar/Marcel; The fact that you can't find me in a database doesn't mean I'm painting a wrong picture or writing unfair reviews.

06 Oct 2024Terrible experience. DHVC managed our rental apartment for almost 3 years. They selected and chose the landlord themselves, who turned out to have financial problems just a few months later. They were enormously reactive in their attitude and took no action to help us out of this stressful situation. Only after we hired a lawyer ourselves did it become clear that they had not even fulfilled the legal obligations regarding payment arrears. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Date unknownBAD company! charges service costs to both tenant and landlord which is prohibited by law. After sending official letters requesting reimbursement, they simply didn't respond. This company has just stolen over 900 euros from me in this way! Furthermore, they refused to return the key deposit when I went to hand in the keys. So they take money as a deposit but don't give it back! Scammers! Edit: There has indeed been contact with you via my lawyer. I still have all the emails saved. YOU charged service costs to both the letting and renting party. YOU are responsible for this, not the landlord. I see that I am not alone. Shame on you for acting like this now!

08 Sep 2025Arrived a half hour late for the appointment, hadn't prepared the visit at all. After 15 minutes of talking, it became clear he wasn't qualified to assess our house (vab former agricultural destination). If he had prepared even slightly, he would have known this beforehand.. Returned without achieving anything. This is how we wasted a lot of time with the mortgage application.

Your review paints an inaccurate picture. The valuation could not proceed because the owner explicitly forbade me from taking photos of the property. Without this photographic documentation, a NWWI valuation report cannot be drawn up, which meant that the process had to be terminated immediately. Sincerely, Team Zicht Op Wonen.

25 Aug 2025Our notary needed a valuation report for our new home to determine the transfer tax. The real estate agent referred us to Zicht op Wonen. We indicated when the transfer of the property would take place and asked if we could receive a valuation report by that time. There were six days between the appraisal and receiving the report, which we received only one day before the transfer. It would have been nice if we had received the report sooner, but it was just in time, and we were very helped by it.

25 Aug 2025We needed an appraisal report to include the equity of our house. We already had an appraisal report drawn up by Zicht Op Wonen a few years ago and were very satisfied with them then too. Now we got the same appraiser again, which was very pleasant. Ron immediately saw what we had renovated in the meantime and which improvements had been made. He was enthusiastic about it, and that's nice when it is shared. All in all definitely recommendable

Although we ultimately did not come to a purchase through him, our experience was strikingly positive. Bas showed a deep understanding of our needs and preferences and consistently presented us with properties that fit well with our criteria. His sharp eye for detail and extensive knowledge of the local market were clearly visible in every interaction. One of the most impressive aspects of Bas's service was his ability to quickly understand what we were looking for. He spared no cost nor effort to offer us a variety of options, all of which reflected our taste and requirements. His professionalism and dedication were evident throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond anyone’s influence, we were unable to acquire a home during this period. However, this outcome does nothing to diminish our appreciation for Bas's commitment. He was always punctual, well-prepared, and genuinely involved in our house hunt. Thank you Bas!

They understood our needs, proposed packages, and guide us in our best interest. Buying a house is a big step in your life, and in bad hands this can easily be abused. It is therefore important to trust people who will not abuse your enthusiasm. Real estate agent Debbie Mels gave us the confidence we needed. At this moment we are moving to our new home and we cannot wait for our future memories here. We ourselves have offered and lost 14 houses, one house we offered together with them and won. 08 Feb 2025With the sale of my mother's house. Let three real estate agents come by informally to give their explanation. This agent stood out above the other two. A strong point was the clear and concise way of explaining what all is involved in the sale, how the approach is. The statistics she could present about the number of home seekers looking for a specific type of property. And how things went with certain properties regarding the selling price. Very skilled. I did not expect the beautiful brochure and business card to be so nice and complete. Likewise, the extensive advertisement on funda, with the 360-degree photos and an eye-catching video. Then finally, the contact with the other employees of the office, personal and enthusiastic. Actually, nothing is too much for them. What's a shame is that above each star there should still be a crown.
